They're trying to tell me that my car is only worth $5,000, even though I've been paying on it for over a year, and still owe over $10k on the loan. They're trying to say my car is totaled for a simple accident with only cosmetic damage. I could easily fix it for under $1,000. using used parts from a salvage yard. But, no! They'd rather pay $5,000 to the lender and scrap my car, leaving me with no car and in debt! They won't even sell it back to me as a salvage vehicle! These people clearly have ZERO common sense, and have a lot to learn about how to treat their customers. Looking at the other reviews, I can see that I'm not the first person that they've screwed over!

Every time, they've been fast and friendly, and I've been pleasantly surprised by how things were resolved. Prices are middle of the pack, not super cheap, but you get what you pay for. Coverage seems pretty standard. Every year or so we review our plans, and end up staying with them. Insurance is never fun, or cheap, but it's a necessity, and when you have an accident it's nice to know that things will get taken care of.

On the rare occasion I am able to speak to someone, they do not even complete my requests. One time I requested a quote via email for a home I was considering purchasing. I was very clear that I did not own the home and even if I decided to move forward with the purchase, I would still need to keep the policy on the home I already owned as well since I did not plan to sell. Next thing I know they have canceled the insurance on my current home and insured the home I did not own without even providing me with a quote or a notification that this is what they were going to do. It turned into a very big ordeal for me to have to get the money back into escrow to reactivate the policy. This is just one of many frustrating things that has happened including the agency not adding certain vehicle to my policy that I have requested and not canceling policies that I have requested be canceled. This agency is a joke.
