I have been a AAA member for many years, mostly for the roadside assistance. With the advent of computers, I have always planned and booked my flights, hotels, rental cars and vacations on my own. In planning my upcoming trip using Amtrak, I found their website a bit cumbersome and found my way into the Wooster, Ohio AAA office. Marty Black, one of their travel agents, spent a great amount of time with me, helping with the planning of this trip. It was so helpful, she returned phone calls with answers to my questions in a timely manner. I'm leaving on a long complex road trip and went to my Wooster AAA for help (not very good at doing the trip on-line). Not only was a I greeted by a very friendly young woman, she tackled my project quickly and got it ready in 2 days (outstanding). She not only saw that I found all the books and maps I wanted, but included things in the triptick I had not thought about.
