We were told that a specific car we were leaning towards was on the lot and ready for us to look at. Upon arrival the car wasn't even there they said someone had leased it. So we took the other car for a test drive. I noticed the backseat was dirty. When it came to negotiation morris the sales associate was able to work the number down he was very polite and kind. The manager Ryan on the other hand was noticeably passive aggressive and frustrated when we brought to his attention that we were not paying the price of a new vehicle, on a clearly used one.

I then received a recall a few weeks later and was told by the dealership we had bought our vehicle from HUFFINES in Dallas)-that since I had paid for part, I would be eligible for my deductinle. Received the paperwork, filled it out, took to Vaughn Chevrolet in AUGUST, 2025. Supposedly, Brad Stewart gave paperwork to Warranty team to send to GM Customer Care to receive my $100, but as of today, March 3, 2026, no refund. I have called them, tried speaking to Mr. Lloyd Vaughn, told he was sick- that was in January, 2026-thanks Cameron and Annie at the Alexandria office who were ZERO helpful because I've yet to receive a callback from Lloyd Vaughn. I go to Chevyland in Shreveport to get oil changed, recall is still open, per CARFAX so, GM has been emailed since October 2025 and they sent an email telling me to go back to Vaughn Chevrolet to get my refund. Daniel tells me from Vaughn Chevrolet in Natchitoches that I need to get another fuel pump module, since the ticket is still open. What a joke!!! He also informs me that the dealership has nothing to do with CARFAX-uh, if you sell a vehicle and someone asks for a carfax, I do believe a RED FLAG would be caught with an open recall---The warranty office in Natchitoches never closed the ticket. I present all my receipts, email from GM Customer care, with the email addressing me to get my money back- go in there 2 weeks ago and as of today, I have been told for two weeks that the check is being put in the mail by Nick. If it had not been for Huffines customer care liaison Pamela Tinsley, I wouldn't know that I could receive my deductible back. This experience with VAUGHN CHEVROLET has left a horrible taste in my mouth. Talk about a joke of a team MAKE THIS MAKE SENSE, please!!!!! Just send me my check without more lame excuses.....geez!! BTW, had to give 1 star because I couldn't write the review without it.

I tell them, there was an issue before I left with it and I was told it was fixed, obviously not. Someone just put a charge on it and let me leave with it knowing something was wrong. On top of it, it was not even put into the system that anything was done at all. I have texts as proof yet they still refuse to service it for me. The truck had been to three different GM dealerships (no local ones) and not one could find our problem. It only overheated when towing. He literally had it for one full day and was able to diagnose and repair our truck when no one els could. If you need repairs done right by a real mechanic go to him, he is no dealership technician. P.S. The price was better than I expected it to be. Take your vehicle to him, if he's busy and you can wait you won't be disappointed. He is worth it.
