Came in before two women and was barely addressed. The chisme was more important. They helped the two women first. It's common with Mexicans to service older ppl first but y'all take it too far all the time. The wife I'm assuming wasn't anymore help. She had worse customer service than mustache man. 4 ppl behind the counter and no one could help me. They really didn't have anything of a selection and every time I asked the weight and price of something...I was met with an annoyed face. The older guy that helped me couldn't give me any info about anything. I had 500$ burning a hole my pocket and these idiots threw it away to eat ice cream. I need a 22k chain fixed. I walked over and watched the repair guy work. He looked up and it was as if he hated money or something. Homophobic probably? Anyway, he looked up and rudely asked what I wanted. Fam. like are you a separate entity? Where do you get off talking to paying customers like that? What's the point of treating women like that? The main reason I came to this jewelry store was to support my people's. It looks like they are doing some construction work on the inside.
