I brought in a brand new watch to see if they can fix the fogging, after I've had the battery changed and I was told to get a new watch because the movement is rusting and it's causing the fog! It was clear to me that he didn't want to work on my "cheap department watch" and just gave some bullshit reason to get rid of me. I guess he didn't want my business... went to another Jeweler and they fixed the problem by adding a gasket that was missed when I had the battery replaced. read more
