Fun place and great veg food (there's nonveg too). My friend and I went here last night (booked a table for 5:45pm) and got a two-seater under the bunting-festooned loft. We ended up staying for 6 hours!!! I got the North African aubergine and the roasted aubergine tacos . (OK so I love me some aubergine). Both were delicious, although the former could have been a bit hotter temperature-wise. The former was sprinkled with a generous amount of seasoning and crunchy seeds and plenty of tahini. It was a nice-size medium aubergine as well. The tacos are mini tacos and whilst I was disappointed they were fried shells, they were bursting with a soft aubergine and pepper filling that had me licking my fingers. The bar's sweet potato fries are also AWESOME and I'm picky on my sweet potato fries. Charred just right and with a flavorful seasoning, I gobbled they up. My friend said her chicken wings were quite spicy. We got diet cokes to start and then I had 2 glasses of sauv blanc (decent) and she tried each of the frozen drinks in the blender (lychee and passion fruit). I've never been a frozen drinks person but I have to say these are quite tasty (and strong). Thought at £7 for a teeny glass I thought a bit too much. But the soundtrack is amazinnng. Fun 80s, 90s and early 2000s pop hits.

One of a kind pub that has a cool vibe. Worth a visit to grab a pint of beer and food.

Oh I love Tossed! Weird description but that's what I thought. It's very transparent and efficient, I suppose it the straightforward and boring way of describing it ;) I'm a fan. My salad was about £7 and delicious and filling and warm! And healthy! Win win win!

By the time I finished paying, my superstar name was being called and my salad was ready. I wasn't sure of the protocol, but went up to the guy with my receipt only to find him staring at me, clearly waiting for something. "Salt and pepper?" He asked. "No thank you," said I. "....." A bit of silence on his part. "What?" "No." I then received a confused look before he put his head down and mixed my salad. Points for the freshness, but it would be nice to see it a bit chopped. I had a full half avocado that was uncut and the other bits of avocado were massive. The tortilla chips were full sized, too, which means more bang for your buck (do they even have that phrase in the uk?) But also means my fingers in my salad to eat them. Also, considering he mixed my salad in front of me, it was remarkably unmixed and layered. One thing to note is that the chicken is chunks but the turkey is thin like deli slices. Points to the cashier for making sure I understood. I will say the price is right. I paid a little over £6 for a bottle of water and a medium salad - just the right size for me, but maybe not for those with healthier afternoon appetites.

Luckily…read moreamongst the hordes of impressive salad, green fingery, low in calorie, I must constantly fight to loss weight because I don't look like the girl in the magazine who is SO UNATTRACTIVELY THIN so nobody will love me unless I eat nothing but lettuce and occasionally as a treat, a celery stick, there is actually some yummy stuff including... wait for it... CHICKEN and BACON. The basis of this place is to grab a basic salad from the fridge then you choose from the huge selection of healthy goodness to have slapped on your lettuce. For those wanting something different you can also get jacket potatoes and wraps. With my first impression of 'Oh no... salad bar,' dashed I embarked on choosing a wrap worthy of kings. With a choice of all the impressive options, I went for a chicken, noodles, salsa and bean sprout wrap. It was very, VERY good. At £4.75 it had to be. I followed this up with a granola, yogurt compote that was good, although the berry compote did place house to a few pieces of banana that I found weird, All in all a pleasant lunch, a sure fire hit with the ladies and guys if you are dragged in here by your girl, man up, be happy as there is stuff for us too.

Delicious fresh & healthy salads made how you want them - there's a menu you can choose from but I tend to go for my own wonderful creations! I recommend the soy sesame sauce with pretty much anything (although I know it's not the healthiest dressing!) If you want something a little warmer then there are the soup options too or the toasted wraps - my personal favourite is the tuna melt - tastes delicious but still healthy! And then if you want something more filling then go the rice pots - I absolutely love the Wholesome halloumi - it's got all those healthy grains, whole rain race quinoa etc and tastes delicious & healthy! Have I mentioned everything tastes delicious, fresh and healthy? The juices and smoothies are great too & what I really love about tossed is you see everything being made in front of you. It doesn't have much seating - but if the weathers nice then I tend to take my salad to Trafalgar Square, so you can do a bit of people watching whilst you eat. Also! If you come within an hour of closing everything is 50% off - this is where I tend to go crazy and simply buy all of the above mentioned food!

My friend and I stumbled across this cafe en route to an event and dropped in on our way home to try it. We both had a cup of herbal tea and I had a slice of cake. Staff were really friendly and it was a nice spot to spend an hour or so. The cafe also has various items for sale including plants, crockery, candles and kids items, however I found they were priced pretty high. This is why I dropped a star on my review as I found it was on the pricier side. Tea was £2 and a slice of cake/cupcake/pastry was £3. I did enjoy my tea and cake and the cake was homemade but it was a bit of a small portion to justify the £3 price. However I appreciate the vicinity of the cafe probably warrants the price and it is in quite a touristy area with the London Eye a 5 min walk away. The cafe has been there 4 months and it makes a change to visit a local business vs a chain cafe, hopefully it is here to stick around. So give it a go! Hopefully they will become a bit more generous with the portion sizes!!

This is truly a hidden gem and relaxing place to read a book, talk to friends, or just enjoy some time to yourself.
