If he were truthful, I would've just prepped those parts myself. - Many parts of interior trim weren't painted with a single complete coat. You see bare patches of old paint. - Lots of drips. They couldn't even throw some plastic cover over shades to protect them?? - Had to twist their arm to prep front window since peeling paint left the surface uneven. Bro: if it was just about applying paint, I can do that. The prep is the hard stuff I hired you to do. Apparently, they have numerous crews with different quality. So you never know how good a job you get. But you still pay top dollar for possibly mediocre work.

I filed a complaint with the BBB and now they are stating that I do not have a warranty and that they came out twice which is not true. Why would they come out it I had no warranty? If you want poor customer service, inferior pool plaster, and a company that lies to the BBB about the actions they took, then this is the company for you. I even challenged them to produce 1, just 1 email proving that they answered me. They were not able to do so because they did not. They are not responsive and a truly shady organization. The photos are the result of just 3 years after installation. My first finished lasted 17 years.
