I had to write this review because of the wonderful service I received today. I have been vaping for a couple months now, & I have checked every vape shop in Myrtle Beach. VaVaVape has the best selection of anything you could possibly want, whether you are just starting to vape or wanting to customize your vape. The prices are the best around also. I have had various experiences in the store with the staff. On one occasion, an employee simply forgot they were helping me & wandered off. Another time, the employee just simply had no interest at all in helping me upgrade my vape, so I left. Today, I went once again to upgrade my vape, or try to at least! My experience was wonderful today! I was greeted at the counter by a very happy, helpful, & knowledgeable young lady named EMILY. She was more than willing to help me create my perfect vape. She put several different options together for me, and did not mind a bit how many she had to do. She was very attentive and was obviously listening to what I was said I wanted. I have been vaping for about a year now. I have been buying my supplies online from another retailer. I am glad a friend of mine referred me to this little shop. I stopped in and after speaking to Joey and Ethan I decided to move up from my pen to a mod. I got the iTaste MVP. I love it! Really good little unit and it seemed the staff was very knowledgable. They didn't seem to mind me trying just about all 100 or so juices till I decided to get the Bad Ass Blueberry, Sunshine Daydream and for my cig flavor USA Blend. I was a Marlboro Light guy and this was the closest to the real thing in my opinion. I used Blue in the past and nothing in comparison to these Vavavapes. They gave me 10 percent discount for being a local. The store had ample workers and even though it was busy when I went the process from waiting to check out wasn't that bad. I will continue to go to the store but do plan on also buying from their website vavavape.com I think next time I go I will grab one of there starter kits to stash in my pocket for when I am at work. I stopped by Vavavape in North Myrtle Beach tonight, I thought I'd give them a try since I had recently purchased a cheapie starter kit from another store and I must say they really deserve 5 stars! A really super nice employee named Kelly helped me with ALL my questions...I was really impressed by his wonderful attitude and knowledge! I am a beginner at vaping and feel Kelly deserves a wonderful review for not only his time but being so patient and explaining everything to me. This store has so many different flavors of juices and they will even let you sample the flavors which I found really helpful too. I also wanted to mention that they have a really good BOGO sale going on for their juices right now and have a rewards program so if you go there don't forget to sign up as it's a really rewarding one! So i've been in myrtle beach for a couple of weeks on vacation with the fam. and i might be a little old fashion but i kept seeing everyone walk around with these pipes they were smoking on. So, i had to stop someone and ask what were these pipes all about. They told me it was the new thing called, "e-cigs" and i asked where they got theirs, they recommended VaVaVape. Now, i'm really new to the whole vapor-cig scene and had no clue where to start. At VavaVape they made me feel very comfortable and showed me the right starter set for me. They let me try some different juices which was fun and set me up with a very tasty juice. Thank you for making me feel welcomed at your store and i will be back with my family next year. My husband and I quit smoking last November. A friend had dragged me with her to go see what it was all about. Everything was brand new for us! The shop was filled with people! There was a line going out the front door for the $10 kit special. We eventually made it to the front counter. Everyone was helpful! Other customers jumped in on the conversation. By the time we left, we all felt like family! I bought 2 kits. Most peeps think "Vaping" is a great way to quit smoking, but it is so much more! -It's healthier! No smoke, no smell, no bad breath. No more "I'll be right back". No more second hand smoke. I have something to do with my hands. The best thing about vaping....is the cost! Personally worked here for about 6 months. Literally the job from hell. I also wouldn't shop here either. Management doesnt care about the stores at all. They asked me to run Both Pruple Haze and Vavavape at the same time which are technically two different business but owned within the same family. Regardless to say I told them no and they fired me on the spot. Shady people and shady business come here if you want cheap vape juice made in a dirty back room or get their over price merchandise as well. They charge almost 300% mark up on some items. Absolutely horrible they don't offer any juice but there own which are for the most part pretty basic. I tried them out as I give every business a chance and the location I visited was located next to and partnered with Purple Haze smoke shop which is for the Pot heads it is definitely not a place you want to go unless that is your thing and everyone has there personal preference but for me it was a huge turn off plus I was quoted a price that was $100.00 higher than the exact same mod at a VapeShop in Carolina Forest so all in all it was a bad experience for me and would never ever Go back to that location plus it was a very small shop. read more

I stopped in not too long ago to find something to smoke in bed or when I didn't feel like going outside. As a result I accidentally quit smoking! I have never tried to quit and wasn't intending to when I found VaVaVape, but I could have never imagined it would be SO easy. I never even wanted a cigarette after my first day. The staff was super helpful and showed me everything I needed to get started and were always helpful whenever I called with a question. I love my vape . But i mustve done something wrong. I have two and am having battery problems. Could it be my charger? I mean my charger that connects to vavavape charger. When i first got charged in record time. But now no matter how many hours i charge them they never light up green since i had them for a week.please if any info i would love. Yesterday I went into VaVaVape and purchased a starter kit and several flavors of "juice". I have not received such wonderful customer service in a long time. The sales man let me sample as many flavors as I wanted, helped me pick flavors, and showed me how to use it.
