    Carnitas quesadilla

Very clean inside the store with a good amount of seating if you wish to dine inside. Order came out fast and was still hot by the time drove home. Ordered a carnitas quesadilla and opted for the green sides of salsa. Quesadilla wasn't anything special, had a lot of just empty tortilla, and the meat lacked flavor. The green sauce was very flavorful though, and added a bit of spice to the meal.

I was a little surprised when I walked in because based on the pictures I thought it was going to be cheaper. I added a picture of the current menu. I ordered a carna asda taco an al pastor taco and a chesse quesadilla. First the quesadilla was large on a full size tortilla with lots of cheese and was delicious. I opened the tacos and they were larger than I expected with plenty of meat onions and the liquid guacamole sauce. It wasn't straight guacamole. I've had it before in other shops so it's a type of sauce. Overall although it was a little pricey. I really enjoyed the food and would make this a regular stop for me. Next time I wouldn't order so much food.

Driving through from Denver to New Mexico, looked up a place that sells breakfast tacos and found this joint that has breakfast burritos. Super easy to get to from the highway AND the very cool guy running the counter made my wife and me freaking breakfast tacos even though they're not on the menu! Solid choice, great food, will totally make a point of stopping here on road trips in the future. Now, let me devour these delicious tacos!

We're from Texas, so just passing thru after exploring Colorado. We were craving a breakfast burrito and upon searching the wonderful web, we found this place & it happened to be only 9 minutes away so of course I searched reviews. The first several mentioned delicious breakfast burritos so it was a done deal. We headed that way. There were some parking spots on the side street but then noticed an actual lot in the back so we parked there. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted with a smile by a friendly gentleman at the counter. There were several places to sit. However, we chose to take our to-go so we could get back on the road. I asked the gentleman at the counter about the burritos & what he would suggest as a popular option. He said egg, bacon, potato & cheese. Sounded great to me. My husband & I both ordered one & requested the bacon be crispy. I typically stay away from potatoes in my breakfast burritos because they tend to put too many & are often undercooked. I figured I would give it a chance this time since it was a new place. Approximately 7-10 minutes later our food was bagged up with napkins & hotsauce/salsa (red AND green), I grabbed some salt from the counter (yeah I'm all about the salt‍) and we headed back to our car. My husband pulled them out and they were HUGE. We could have easily shared one. Upon sampling the sauces I decided to go with the green & my husband chose red. They were both great tasting but I can't handle a lot of heat & the red had a major heat that snuck up on you after a second. My husband loves super spicy, so it was perfect for him. I opened up the burrito to add my salt and the sauce, it was loaded down with chunks of CRISPY bacon (not those fatty tiny slivers), a very generous portion of shredded cheese, eggs and potatoes. When I saw how big & crispy the bacon was I was so excited, typically I request it crispy and it still comes out floppy lol Now this is where it becomes very different than any breakfast burrito I've had, the potatoes were French fries! OMG, what a great idea. They added a perfect crunch & were cooked all the way thru, so no half cooked potato chunks in this beast! Okay So I rolled them back up and time to taste, it did not disappoint. My green sauce added just the right amount of heat & flavor. The tortilla itself was delicious & held up well with all the stuffing. It was the perfect ratio of all ingredients to get all of the flavors in each bite. My husband & I were both extremely happy with our decision to stop here. My husband was able to finish half of his and I had maybe ¼ of mine. We have another 10 hours driving, Don't think I won't pull that bad boy out in an hour and devour more of itFrom the fast, friendly service to the happy tummy that insued, we would 100% recommend you give them a try!

Hole in the wall esthetic but once you enter there is plenty of seating space. I visited on a weekday at about 4pm and the place was empty. I was immediately helped by a very polite lady. I ordered chicken enchilada which were quite good. The rice and beans were also done well. I look forward to coming back and trying other items on the menu.

    Carnitas plate...soo worth it!!

Pretty mediocre. Plenty of iceberg lettuce on top of the tacos, yuck. Very bland and the carne asada was just hammered, dry and tough.

We weren't off to a great start when it took quite a while be be seated and there were many open tables. Once we sat down it still took a cool minute for anyone to come to the table. So for me to give five super stars say how good the food has to be to make up for the slow service. Chips and salsa are a telling sign on how good the food is and they more than passed the test with light chips and salsa so good I wanted to chug a gallon of it! Oh my gosh friends. I was blown away by how good the food was. I had the combo #7. Pork and guacamole, chicken and cream cheese enchilada, a fried flour shelled chicken taco, with rice and beans. I went for the mild medium green chili option and it had quite a kick! Next time, I'll stick to mild. Still, it didn't take away from how awesome it was. The taco was seriously the best taco I've ever had in my life! No kidding! I don't know how I'm going to be able to finish this review because I'm getting so hungry writing it. For dessert, I had a sopapilla. Sopapillas are one thing only a few restaurants can get just right. They should be light, airy, and puffy. These were kind of a combo of fry bread and puffy. Kinda' heavy and not too puffy, but the flavor was fantastic. They're on the pricy side at about $4.25 for one. It's good-sized, so you could spit it but you won't want to because it's so good! I believe it's a family-owned and operated restaurant, so that's super cool. Too bad I live in LA. If I lived in Pueblo I would be there all the time. Bookmark this place if you're ever passing through Pueblo. It's right of I-25 so you can have one of the best meals of your life and continue on your happy journey!

I like how they are open early and they serve breakfast all day…read more Walking in it's a small place, but enough tables. You order at the counter and they call out your number to pick up. I ordered the fajita trio Mexican bowl. I got it without tomatoes but to add the green chili. Husband ordered the combo number 20; enchilada, chile rellano, and something else I can't remember. Anyways, I can comment on mine only. It was very good. But with all the sauces; guacamole, sour cream, and green chili it became very soggy. I would probably forgo the guacamole just because I enjoy sour cream. They have a salsa bar with various salsas that I couldn't say what they were. Except for two. One tasted like very hot salsa and the other a mild home made basic salsa. Both were very good, except the hot was a little too hot, which is rare. Next time I want to try a combo as it comes with rice and beans. Cons: the salsa isn't labeled as to what each one is and it's like you have to put a little in the cups to taste it. I can see how they can get busy and no where to sit. But they have a drive thru, so that helps if the parking lot is full. The place can be a little difficult to find as it's at the end of a strip mall. Recommended? Yes. It's more fast food, but really good fast food. When I'm in Pueblo and want Mexican quickly, I would go here.

Writing this as I sit waiting for my pickup order that I placed about an hour ago for a 12:30pm…read morepickup. The parking lot was very full around noon on a Wednesday but the restaurant only had a few tables full and no one in line. They did have dance tracks playing at about 3 ticks too loud for the occasion and setting. After waiting for a little over 5 minutes, my food was brought out to the tunes of Lady Gaga's poker face. Not horrible but I am pretty sure they did not start assembling my food until I arrived which is not great...here is to hoping the food is good... Later....So, I ordered the chicken enchiladas combo plate and a fish taco. The taco had an appropriate serving of fish with decent flavor and texture with the fresh toppings. I only got the sour cream in my first bite and it definitely could have used more but the taco is still tasty without. Tortillas are good. Upon first glance the enchiladas looked decent. As they say, looks can be deceiving! I always get chicken enchilads when ordering for the first time at a Mexican style restaurant as I think they are a good indicator. Refried beans need salt and fat badly. Rice is ok but also dry. Now, the star of the show the supposed "chicken" enchilads. Wow in the worst possible way. First, there is not a shred of chicken amongst the unmelted pre shredded "Mexican cheese blend". Not only that but I found a single piece of meat that is not chicken and most likely is pork. Luckily I do not have any dietary restrictions but if you do beware. I may try reheating these terrible excuse for enchiladas later so I can at least melt the cheese and pretend I ordered cheese enchiladas without chicken, which I would never. The enchiladas alone deserve a zero star review. Disappointing. Giving two stars for the fish tacos okness and lady gaga. Will not be back. Do not recommend.
