When I received a callback from Arin, I knew immediately that he was going to represent me and fight hard, and that he was going to be the perfect attorney for my case. From the beginning, he was professional and prompt. He has acknowledged or returned every call, email and text, without being annoyed and always in a pleasant manner. I had an issue with an MRI appointment, and how I was treated and shared my experience with him. I expected a generic response at best, and half-ass apology from the center. What I received was prompt attention, a heartfelt apology from my attorney and my next appointment switched to another imaging center that was absolutely amazing. From day one, the process has been smooth and straight forward. I am a busy working mom with children, so being able to e-sign documents and not take a drive to the attorney's office is a huge plus. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Alpine Law Group, particularly with Arin, the lead attorney. When I first spoke with Arin, he was very convincing and persistent. I had already signed with another attorney, but after speaking with him, I decided to leave that attorney and retain Alpine Law Group. Unfortunately, I came to regret that decision. Soon after signing the retainer, the communication and attention I initially received seemed to disappear. I often felt like just another file on a desk. My calls and texts frequently went unanswered, and I did not feel there was much concern or follow-up regarding my recovery. My case also took nearly a year to settle after my accident. My injuries involved back spasms, X-rays, and chiropractic treatment. During settlement discussions, I felt pressured to undergo additional procedures that I personally did not believe were necessary. Arin repeatedly discussed the possibility of obtaining more money through the settlement, even after I clearly stated that I was not interested in pursuing unnecessary treatment or procedures. When I refused, our interactions became increasingly tense. Even after I agreed to accept a payout, I felt Arin continued pushing the issue of pursuing additional money, which I believe contributed to further delays. I understand some clients may appreciate an attorney aggressively pursuing a larger settlement, but I only wanted what I reasonably felt I was entitled to. The most upsetting part of my experience was the way I was spoken to during later conversations. In my experience, Arin became irate, belittling, questioned my character, and even brought my religious beliefs into a professional disagreement in a way that I found completely inappropriate. I was shocked by the conversation and repeatedly asked for my case to simply be wrapped up. I also contacted Alejandra and requested that Arin no longer communicate with me directly. I have never felt so poorly spoken to or treated by someone representing me professionally. One of my biggest concerns was the lack of direct communication. Despite requesting to speak with the attorney handling my case, I never had the opportunity to do so. Instead, I was assigned a case manager who, in my experience, did not seem fully informed about the details or progress of my case.
