The guys at VCS are the best in the biz. Prior to VCS, I was under contract with AT&T Digital Life. It was a trainwreck from day one. The sensors failed. The main system failed. The keypad failed. AT&T also told us that it would take care of registering the alarm system with the county -- it wasn't done, leading to a fine from the county. VCS took care of everything. From alarm install, to trouble shooting, to helping set up the phone app, etc. Miguel and/or Ralphy were always a text or phone call away. These guys have families of their own. They know the importance of home security. The gadgets and home automation system were also a plus! VCS has the latest techonoly in home automation. And it's easy to use! VCS takes care of all the installation. Whether its wifi caemras, wifi ligth switches, wifi thermostats, etc. MIguel and Ralphy get them installed and within minutes they are connected to your alarm system and accessible on the app. Give them a call and support your local, family business. read more

There is no words to describe what an excellent job the guys from VCS tech did at my house. I used to be a customer for years of ADT and it was a rip off increasing the prices every year without any advance notification and the customer service another nightmare. My mistake was I didn't leave ADT sooner but never late than never thank God for the guys at VCS tech between my alarm system, my cameras, inside and outside lights, thermostat and front door ring w camera!!! We met with Miguel for a quote for our home and he was supposed to email us the quote the next day. That was a week ago and we haven't heard back. I called him and texted him and he has yet to answer. I would've much preferred for Miguel to tell us that he has too much work and can't take on a new job or whatever excuse he wanted to use instead of meeting with us and wasting our time. I had just signed a contract with ADT and got referred to Miguel from VCS by Zero Nine Tech that had just finished installing my home automation system so I figured since I was so happy with Zero Nine's services I would follow-up on their recommendation. Boy am I glad I decided to give Miguel a call and cancel my ADT contract within the 3 day grace period. Not only was the rate he offered me better than ADT, but the alarm.com platform VCS uses is light years ahead of ADT. Miguel came out the next day to install my alarm system and even recommended additional home automation products that I could integrate into the alarm.com platform at no additional charge (unlike ADT that charges for everything). Miguel followed-up and sent me a recommendation for an access point to control my garage door and another one to control the front door lock in my home. We had some initial troubles getting the front door lock hooked into the alarm.com app, but Miguel did not rest until we got these issues resolved. This included several additional visits to my home for several hours and several phone calls to alarm.com support. I have now become a life long VCS customer and would recommend Miguel and VCS to anyone and everyone looking for a quality and competitively priced alarm system with the best possible customer service. If you're looking to upgrade your alarm system or simply install surveillance cameras, like I did, you honestly cannot go wrong with VCS Tech. I was also surprised that the CEO, Miguel, came to my house and inspected each camera to ensure the installation met his standards. He also walked me through the entire process and took the time to explain and teach me how to use the system. Finding a trust worthy company is hard.
