I explained that I pay out of pocket and couldn't afford unnecessary extras, but the dentist brushed me off and told me to find another office. When I said I'd leave a review, another dentist arrogantly replied that he would just remove it. The issue wasn't just the policy--it was the blatant disrespect and lack of professionalism. And he said that I needed to have tons of dental work done for my own good even though they were not giving me any problem. He touched every corner of my teeth. He removed all the previously treated filling and replaced it with new fillings. The teeth felt sharp and it hurt for a long time after the procedure. He wanted to sell me very expensive mouth guard. Cash money of almost $800. After some appointment mishaps, he was very angry with me. Said a lot of inappropriate and personal things to me while he had his sharp dental instruments in his hand and me in the chair, "are you gonna buy the dental guard now or your gonna continue to procrastinate?" Don't go to this guy. He will fix what's not broken to take your money. And he will turn on you when he realize you are not the best cash cow in his spa like decor all so nice dental office.

I had a lot of anxiety going into getting fillings done (due to prior fillings at other dental offices I had horrible experiences). They were great! They turned on the TV to help distract me, talked me through the steps, gave me topical numbing medication, and then gave me novocaine. I couldn't even feel the novocaine injection. And then next thing I knew it was done! The dentist and assistant were wonderful. Now I don't fear the dentist anymore. Happily recommend to everyone!

Bond came off the next day and I went back and they rushed the job and it fell off again the next day. They fixed it the third time, but billed me for the addition visit. I called and they explained they don't use the term 'done incorrectly' and that additional fee was for another examination, which would have not been necessary had they done it right the first time. Thinking back on my experience with Mansfield Dental I also had gum surgery which felt rushed and cost 3k to have my gums still left exposed. This place is a machine to bill you and your insurance as much as possible, rather than prioritize the health of your teeth.
