My fiance contacted the store after I found an estate ring online. He received a message saying someone would contact him shortly to complete the transaction. No one contacted him and he tried calling and found out they were closed in the middle of the week. Nine days went by, and I called and he asked to speak with my fiance. he kept talking over the top of my fiance saying he couldn't have a receipt #, when we have a receipt #! I called back and spoke with Shawn/Sean, who looked up the ring and said it was sold weeks ago. There is not a response from the owner that can make this interaction acceptable. It was handled poorly, with the owner, Bob, cleaning up the mess his son, Ryan, made. We wanted to purchase an engagement ring of a certain style, shape, and size. Ryan showed us a setting. I was concerned about the diamond falling out of the setting as I know many people who this has occurred, and he assured me the "diamond was not going anywhere." The ring was ordered. I was concerned about it falling out of the setting, so when I looked at my hand 5 months later, I was shocked to see, not only the diamond gone, but the entire setting had snapped off the ring. I was left with the band and two small prongs sticking up from the band. How does that happen? It happens when the incorrect setting is used for a diamond that is too heavy, and the setting is not strong enough to support the diamond. I was devastated! What made matters worse was the way this situation was handled. We went to the store and spoke with the owner, Bob. His son Ryan was the person who sold us the ring. Ryan insisted we picked out the setting. We did not. And. If we chose a setting that did not support the diamond size or shape, it was Ryan a graduate of GIA (Gemological Institute of America) to guide us to the appropriate setting. He did not. Bob took over, defending his son. Ryan sat in the corner of the store, smirking, as words were exchanged between us. Not once was an acknowledgment made for guiding us in the wrong direction. Bob tried to tell us stories about how customers of his had the same thing happen after crashing her bicycle into a tree or filing documents in a filing cabinet. I did not crash into a tree and it's 2024. Documents are filed electronically, and are not longer filed in a cabinet! Truthfully, his stories reinforced our findings about the inferior products he sells What was done? Eventually, after much deliberation, a refund was given for the band. Nothing for the lost diamond. AND... it wasn't a 100% refund. A 20% RESTOCKING FEE WAS SUBTRACTED!! Reviews help with making decisions. Use the review as your warning, and purchase your jewelry at another store. The few reviews I read did not warrant me to go elsewhere. This one gives you clear insight as to how this business is run. read more

Ryan was SUPER and very knowledgeable about everything he is selling. Gave my engagement ring a free cleaning and gave me free ring polish and I didn't have to buy anything! Will definitely be coming back to buy our wedding bands! read more

DON'T EVEN THINK TO SHOP THERE. Very bad taste, not a designer and beyond overpriced.... to be diplomatic. We had a very bad experience buying an engagement ring last year, after showing us sapphire and models, the final ring was a disaster a very small hallow of diamond (0.15 carat) with a sapphire and all of that for ~$6500. We get an estiamte in NYC and it was way below that the paid price. The bottom line we had to redo the ring with a serious NY jewelers. This store (Vecere) has a very short minded strategy as we never come back for more rings design. Avoid this store. read more

Cannot recommend this place enough. My fiance and I recently purchased our wedding bands here, and received outstanding customer service from this husband and wife-owned shop. Not only were they knowledgeable about their offerings and the vintage of the estate/antique bands we had chosen, but they also provided honest feedback and information. And lucky us - both of the bands were a perfect fit! Between that and the warm reception we received, it was an all-around fantastic experience. If I could give -5 stars, I would. Worst Jewlers I have ever been to. Took my BRAND NEW $400 citizen watch for my wife to get engraved for my wedding. They first engraved on the plastic backing, yes the plastic backing! Took it back to have them engrave where they should have and got the watch back totally scratched and engraving is slanted. The whole watch is cosmetically ruined. The owner of the store wouldn't fess up to doing it and kept going in circles. He pretty much said he didn't want to say it was their fault. Reluctantly refunded money. DO NOT GO HERE!! They run a bad business and will ruin anything you bring to them. Didn't even try to give me money back for scratches made. STAW AWAY! read more

My husband brought my BRAND NEW Citizen Eco Drive watch in to be engraved (it was my wedding present). While on our honeymoon I realized it was engraved on the plastic that protects the back of the watch. He called them let them know that watch wasn't really engraved they laughed and said bring it back. Our mistake was giving them the chance to make it right because this time they scratched the whole watch up! The engraving wasn't straight and you could hardly see what it said because the backing was so incredible scratched up. The bracelet of the watch was also scratched up, it was like they threw the watch in a drawer with a bunch of rocks and shook it around. The owner tried to say that those types of scratches come from years of wear and tear, well I didn't even have the watch for a month. The owner didn't even apologize or take any responsibility this is a $400 watch that is now ruined! After 15-20 minutes of trying to understand how he let the watch get this scratched we couldn't take it any more and demand he refund us, which he did with hesitation. There were so many delightful and unique pieces -- from estate jewels from generations past to very contemporary designs. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable and welcome. They answered our questions and let us try on lots of gorgeous pieces. They are a small, local family business with old-world craftsmanship and service.
