Linda took her time to show me the options and make sure I found the perfect setting. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured, she even took her time to find similar lower-priced options to show me so I'd have enough comparison to make a decision. Everyone in the store was extremely helpful, kind and patient as I went back and forth between a few options. Ultimately I went with a setting that had to be custom made. They took the time to explain the process and the timeline. I just got my ring and it is absolutely perfect. It's even more beautiful than I imagined! I recently purchased my engagement ring and wedding ring from Trent Jewelers. I would highly recommend going there. Everyone in the store is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Prices are competitive and there's a good selection without it being overwhelming. Furthermore, the sales people (I worked with Terry and Louise) are honest and never pushy. Their main objective was for me to be happy about my purchase; I never felt I was getting a sales pitch to buy the most expensive ring. My mom had a special ring with an emerald that had fallen out and diamond baguettes. Trent re-set the emerald, expanded the ring size, tightened the other stones and cleaned everything.
