They over charge to put your menu in the pos program however you could do it yourself; the practice program makes you think you need them. They charge you for the printer to go with the system. It's like buying Nintendo without ANY CONTROL. Does any computers come without towers. Do cars come without steering wheels. It's a cheap extra charge. When we went to pick up the menu was not completely installed and he tried to show us how we could do it ourselves after we paid him to do the job. Plug and Play refused to give us a full refund and claimed that we had to pay for service of programing the menu which was not completed upon our arrival; as service not received. The guy even tried to say that we did not give him all of the information for the menu while he was holding it right in his hand. And it was provided by email so we have our own proof. Then he told us he could do it in five minutes, which would have been impossible. The just told us if we didn't like it to leave so now I'm here with my faithful YELP peeps. SPREAD THE WORD!!!
