The first time they came they finished the shingles and gutter but didn't even touch the spot we suspected was the cause of the leak. They came back once more and patched a few more spots which STILL leaked. We were patient and understood it can be a guessing game. We called once more and they said they would send a guy out Monday or Tuesday. Those days passed and nothing. We called again and they said a guy claimed he came to finish the job and no one actually did. We've now been calling and messaging several times a week and they're no longer answering or responding, just completely ghosted us. We hired them because they had reasonable prices, but a classic case of you get what you pay for.

Construction work on the intersection of Cty Rd 18 and 46 just cost us a windshield. A piece of…read moreasphalt flew off the top of one of the trucks working the construction and shattered the windshield of our vehicle. I was just very lucky that I wasn't in the vehicle also. I would have had a face full of glass. Husband called the company and the person that he talked to blamed him for not turning around and getting the name off the side of the truck. It's a two lane highway with 65 MPH speed limit and there were a number of trucks coming at him so there was no way that he could legally turn around and follow a truck. The company is taking no responsibility for something one of the people working on their site did in damaging our vehicle.
