Our pedicures were started as soon as the nail techs were available and they turned out great. Took about 35 minutes, which is average to me. Then our manicures began, my friend chose a regular manicure and I chose a no chip. These seemed rushed as the salon was getting busier and there was no on else working. My friends regular manicure looked great except for some uneven strokes across the nails. My no chip wasn't done with much care or consideration. The nail polish was applied in uneven coats, thin layers, rushed curing under the lights, and very rough work around the cuticles. I would not return back to the salon based on my experience with the no chip. I am used to the no chips lasting at least 2 weeks, this has already begun to chip. Pictures included are my right and left hand, 4 days after nails were completed.

Everyone is always very friendly and I can tell they go above and beyond making sure their customers are happy. With so many negative reviews, it leads me to believe some people just cannot be pleased no matter where they go. I highly recommend them as your place to get your nails done. If you have a negative experience, give them a chance to make it right as I am sure they will make every effort to remedy the bad experience. I have posted an additional picture of my most recent dip powder French manicure I had done this morning as proof they do hr I have been here several times now and each time I have gotten great service and my nails came out looking great! I have gotten pedicures with no chip, manicures with no chip, acrylics, and dipping powder. I have found I personally prefer the dipping powder as it seems to last the longest for me while keeping my nails underneath very healthy still. I have gone a couple times and had to wait 20-25 mins but it was very busy. Even with that being said, the technicians who did my nails on those days took their time and did a great job. I am very happy with luxe nails and will continue going there. It isn't cheap, but you pay for the quality you are getting. You can probably find a less expensive nail salon, but you are probably risking issues like poor quality or unsanitary conditions. All the work that has been done for me the technicians have always gotten brand new sterilized still in packaging tools to use on me. I have never seen the salon dirty and see the employees there cleaning all of the time to keep it near even during busy times. I also like that they have baked goods, coffee, and water to enjoy while you wait. I definitely recommend luxe nails!

I have no idea how long i was on the table (with an Amethyst Heating Pad for healing and comfort) - but when i got off the table, my back felt quite a bit better. Kristy shared with me some of the things she was able to intuit through Reiki about where i was blocked and a special message about my feet. I've been to quite a few different Reiki practitioners and each have their own style. Kristy's style appeared to jive with my energy and it felt wonderful. I will certainly go back.
