Having to walk a long-ish way holding packages is not so fun, and the row in front of this store is the parking for an entires strip of stores, so there is rarely any close empty spaces at any time of day. Due to this, this store is not one I have on my radar. However, I did need something copied on the fly recently, and rather than find an out of the way fedexoffice, I just zipped over to the much-closer Palm Springs UPS store. Two very busy but nice and smiley employees offered to copy my paper for me in their copier rather than me even begin making copies on their self-serve copier. What a nice offer! Yes, please! Between having a lovely greeting, a quick and easy job, entering a small office that wasn't leaving the job to just 1 lone employee, and the awesome customer service- my esteem for the store has raised highly! They guided us through the entire court system with so much care.
