Instead of leaving the parking spots open in front of their shop for their customers, the owners park their identical make and model vehicles there instead & even BLOCK (double parked) one of the spaces. They've neen doing this for YEARS! I drive by there all the time and this is what I have noticed for the last three years straight. It's the reason why I decided to never step one foot in their establishment. They are very conveniently located to where I live but I will NEVER spend one dime with them. I wanted to take a moment to thank Kim for her patience and care on my pedicure. My toes and feet were in terrible condition. To be honesty, I was very embrassed. Kim could see how bad my feet were but never once said a negative comment or rushed thru my pedicure. I went on a Sunday afternoon to get my nails done by Tammy, she was really nice and provided great customer service however my nails are not 100% to my liking. I wanted coffin-shaped and wanted the top part a little more skinner. I wanted the nude part more oral. The nails are not smooth. There are hairs stuck in the powder and the nude part looks spacey. Hello , i recently had gone into Vegas nails and got my nails redone . The first picture is the beautiful set that i got done . I wanted so much to like this place ... i walked in they greeted me , got me sat right down offered me a water and the place is super super clean , there's music playing so it's nice and relaxing . I was so happy w the shape , & the color of my nails . I got my nails done on Saturday, Monday comes rolling around and my nail polish (gel) is peeling off & my nails on the beds are lifting up. One nail is damn near about to fall off . I called them they got my right in to get it fixed and changed the color (tue). The lady i went too she went ahead and put acrylic on the beds and repainted , but my nails look like pot holes , they aren't bumpy . I wake up the next morning.. hop in the shower and the nail that previously lifted (pointer finger ) had lifted once again to the point where it falls off. Then the thumb is peeling (4th picture ) . I just wanted so much to like this shop but somethings wrong w the product. It shouldn't be peeling off with the gel polish . It's actually really disappointing .. read more

The staff was friendly but the girl who did my pedicure did a terrible job. First she cut my toe nails too short to the point that it hurts. The edges are jagged and not round. As I kept looking at my toes, I noticed that she did not cut across my whole nail, there was a piece of nail that she didn't cut off. read more

Ever since Nancy and Julie sold this salon to other people the quality of nails and pedicures has gone down hill drastically. I went in Oct 8 to get a full set of nails done and a pedicure done as well. 3 days later my nails were already coming unglued and falling apart that I could literally pick parts of my nail off. Than that night I was feeling my feet and the heels of my feet were rougher than when I had gotten the Pedicure done. Yes the staff was sweet but no one really talked to me and the lady who did my nails seemed completely new and had no clue what she was doing. In my ten years of getting my nails done, this was by far the worst place I've been. Nicky did my nails Friday and I had them redone today because they were so bad. The girl even took them all the way off. He was rough, didn't ask me if I even liked them. Showed him two pictures and they still sucked. They were flat and uneven. He didn't check to see if they were the same size or ask if I liked them. He was in. Rush and has someone waiting in a pedi spa for 20mins. My dragons did not match nor were they what I asked for. I went to Rachael at dazzling digits. Go to her if u want claw or 3d and something amazing. I would never go here again. Pretty sure they used dirty tools too. Nothing new was open. Other than filing my nails down to the nub nearly, the manicure/pedicure I got was fine. What shocked me and prompted me to write this review was one of the girls working. It was like walking onto the set of "mean girls". After every customer left, she continued to bad mouth them to the rest of us. She also told one of the clients that she was not cute because of some flaw on her face, and that her arm was too big to hold. Is she serious??? Went here for a spa day and it was exquisite! I was pampered to the end and the staff were so friendly! I got a regular manicure with designs and I was astonished by the results. The staff also greeted me and made friendly conversation, instead of just sitting there doing my nails while I sat awkwardly. If you live nearby I would definitely recommend this spa. read more

I'm confused, I thought when you get a set of nails put on that also includes, cutting your cuticles down, trimming up and cleaning out your nails first. This didn't happen here. Quite disappointed in that. She put beautifully shaped, shiny nails on but that's it...nothing else, I could've done that myself with press on's. No lotion, no hand massage,..And she didn't trim underneath them afterwards so they are super thick. read more

Nancy is my nail technician and she is the best I have ever gone to in over 30 years! She speaks perfect English and perfect Vietnamese! My nails always look so much better then when I arrived!!! She is also a tattoo artist for eye brows and she has amazing talent on loan from the gods! She is kind and a great listener. Once you use Nancy you will never want to use anyone else. I have had a couple of manicures here, which were fine, but I go for the pedicures. I love the massage chairs. Nancy always does my pedicures and she is so sweet about it. She makes sure the water temp is right and she really pampers my feet. I have read these other reviews and I have never experienced the bad service they claim.
