If I could give zero I would... A little background Recently moved here from Chicago, unsuccessful trying to establish a regular nail salon for my bi monthly gel fills and no chip color. Been my routine for years and never have I experienced as awful customer service and quality of service in a nail salon.... Ever. So My first visit I got there approx. 45ins before close maybe that was my first mistake. Rose the owner took me so I figured I was in good hands and hopeful for a well done lasting gel full and shellac color. Boy was I wrong! Rose was sweet at first but slowly seemed to show her eagerness to finish And compined multiple times about her back hurting. Don't get me wrong... I get it, your job isn't the most ergonomically friendly but I'm a customer and I shouldn't have to feel guilty that I'm paying you to do a service. Especially when I tip well.... Which I always do. My ex beautician Italian grandmother would beat me over the head with a spoon if I tipped otherwise! Upon completion after asking her to fix a few things along the way I was left with this horrendous, poorly done, uneven, set of nails that Literally brought me to tears. I called the next day to ask for an appt to come in as have them fixed and done correctly. An older gentleman answers the phone And after I explained the situation he told me to call at 5 and speak to rose about it. No apologies, no genuine attempt to resolve the issue, and though he wasn't rude he was short with me and seemed disinterested in the whole situation. So I go in to get them fixed and rose says to me "when he told me you called, I thought it was you the big girl." Yes it was me.... "The big girl". I'm 5'0 and a size 14..... My husband who was there with me siting acroS the room on the couch waiting also heard this. As did the rest of the people in the salon So after insulting me rose agreed to fix them. Upon doing so she hurt me multiple times with the hand drill filer, I had to keep telling her how to do them and they still were unacceptable. After all of this I left with my hands still looking like a hot mess, my ego knocked down, and just that much further from finding a nail place that can do a decent job. Thanks Rose. The pics are the first time and the "fixed" product. Both absolutely terrible. Would not recommend. Will not return even if paid to do so. read more

Went with my friend and all she got was a full set regular polish and I got a basic manicure regular polish just that took 3 hours, not to mention when the nail tech realized she couldn't upsell my friend on the design she instantly started saying that her nails weren't gonna be pretty cause she didn't have the money for the design and was making her feel bad for not spending $100+ on her nails, not only this but she was double booking people with walk ins and appointments and making a lot of customers wait over an hour. I'm very disappointed, go to a different salon... less time and probably better nails and the nail tech won't scold you for how much you make. read more

Love love this place; the only place open until late (night time). I was visiting Denver for work and I needed a salon to look presentable.. well Rose Nails did the job!! They took care of my nails. Lovely job; very rarely places know about decoration. I asked and told her to please do anything with flowers. She did an amazing job! I wish I was closer, I would had been there every week. Finding a nail place in Aurora is hard, but I found this place and I liked it. Kim did my nails and she was great. She took her time and was very nice. The place is a little outdated, but it's definitely a great nail salon. I will definitely be going back. read more

I went here twice. The first time I went was a few weeks back because I had a standing appointment elsewhere and when I got to my normal salon they already had someone in my spot so Kim was able to get me in. This place is very dark not too clean. Kim uses an old Vietnamese newspaper Which looks like kind of like a Westword instead of a towel for the nails dust and clippings.she has stacks but uses the same one over and over. There are so many boxes somewhat of a hoarding packrat situation going on. Anyhow I thought I'd give it a second chance and when I did I wasn't very happy. I was charged $10 more the second time I went for the same exact service. I thought "being a little greed"!! I see how this works. I also am not very happy because the polish as it is chipping off, gel which shouldn't b! This tells me that they're using old polish. I'll never go there again. In fact I think I'm going to start growing out my own natural nails again. read more

I called this nail salon and scheduled an appointment, the person that answered didn't ask for any of my information. I ended up having to work late and wasn't able to make the appointment, nor was I able to cancel at the time. On my way home I get a call from a very rude and unprofessional woman, asked why I wasn't coming, I apologized and said that I had just got off work. She started yelling at me and said don't ever call here again, my first time ever calling. Not a good impression at all, I would never give this salon my business!!! read more

I travel a lot so I often get manicures at random spots. This had a five star review so I thought I would try. I had gel on so I needed to get that taken off before getting a regular mani. I was here for almost TWO hours. The nail tech was SO slow and very obviously didn't know what she was doing because the other two techs had to step in and complete her work. And it was a terrible job! My nails came out uneven and they didn't try properly even after the insistence of the staff that they were dry. This place missed very basic nail tips like: paying before painting, spray with quick dry, and frankly just being tactful. I get my nails done once a week and they told me that my nails were damaged! What a terrible way to keep a customer. Thankfully I don't live here so I will NEVER be coming back. read more

I recently moved into the area. I have a nail guy that I LOVE but since he would now be an hour away for me I wanted to give a local salon one shot and if bad I'd drive the hour. No need to because I found Rose Nails. I was seen by Kim, who did both an amazing full set and spa pedicure for me!!! She listened to the way I wanted my nails and was able to duplicate that. The owner of the salon and her husband were great and friendly as well. I WILL RETURN as I had a great experience and love my nails!!!! read more

Tammy at Rose Nail Salon was a great example of excellent customer service. After going to several nearby salons with an appointment and being made to wait while someone came in needing less time than me and was taken ahead of me I was getting pretty cynical. Also some of the places were just not very clean nor were the staff wiling to listen and be gentle when I told them about the pain in my arthritic thumb. Tammy, on the other hand, was very cognizant about what I needed and she gave me wonderful service-being gentle when she applied my gel nails and was also very pleasant which is not the attitude everywhere. Maybe the poor reviews were from former staff-Tammy couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating! read more
