After I sent photos I was told a redo would be 105 for one bowl plus 35 for each extra bowl, the one week adjustment window had passed, and I was offered 20 percent off. Scheduling was also hard because the stylist was not in until around 11 30 on some days and I needed mornings. I left feeling disappointed and won't return. Service requested all over color. Quality not vibrant as promised. Vibe polite but not proactive.
