My house hadn't been painted since it was built nearly 16 years ago. The fascia boards (the boards around the perimeter of the roof line) were looking super rough and chipped. Using the Yelp project feature, I found Vegas Paints. They were considerably more affordable than their competitors who are "licensed painters" which I had never heard of. Vegas Paints is licensed and insured so I felt comfortable booking with them. Moisés was the quickest to respond and even was able to give us a quote without needing to come out to measure, using Google Earth to figure out how tall of a ladder his team would need. We had our fascia boards and shutters painted. The house looks so much better. The team at Vegas Paints arrived early and was so fast removing all of the old paint before they got painting. Due to sunset and needing a different color paint for the shutters, the team came back the next day to finish the shutters, but otherwise it would have been done same day. Moises was punctual, EFFICIENT & reliable for our complimentary estimate of our house. Our HOA required us to paint the exterior of the house. And we contacted several painting companies; and Vegas Paints left the best impression (some of the companies alleged being behind schedule & changed the appointment date, etc.). Moises also has a cool automated system that emails customers with reminders. I would like to share my experience with this company. I think they were outstanding in value and quality. Moises the owner was more picky than I was and had his crew come out an extra day for touch up even after I told them that they had done a perfect job. My association had demanded for me and my neighbors to have our homes painted. They all went with a company that was $1000 cheaper but I felt kinda weird about that because I wanted a good job with quality paint so I stuck with Vegas paints and I'm so glad for that because I see the difference in my home and my experience. I hired Vegas Paints to paint most of the upstairs and downstairs of my townhouse and was very satisfied with the results. There was a mixup about the paint color; the real estate agent provided some touch up paint that she got from the builder. The painters bought the wrong color based on that sample; however, they graciously corrected the mistake without any additional cost to me. I also slighly underestimated the work downstairs and they covered that without increasing the estimate. Their salesperson is friendly and very easy to deal with. read more

Excellent in every respect. This company was referred to me by another contractor who replaced my bathrooms and tile floor. Moises (owner) came to my house the same day my contractor called, and he gave me a very competitive quote. He and his crew arrived on time every day, worked all day, were good painters, and nice guys. They finished on time and cleaned up when the job was done. Of course no job is perfect! The entire home (1900 square feet), except for the primary bathroom, has ceramic tile floors. And this tile looked BAD! Dirt embedded in the textured surfaces, grout that had maybe never been sealed. I've never had floor restoration work done, and didn't know what to expect, price-wise or results-wise. Bayron came for the consultation, measured everything, and explained how they do what they do. I was at first taken aback at the $ amount of the bid, but let me tell you...IT IS WORTH IT!!! And yes, they worked with me to make it a bit more comfortable for me financially. Bayron promised during the consultation that they would make the floors look "90% - 99% like new." Many businesses make empty or inflated promises but NOT Silver Knights - these tile floors look like they were just installed! I was blown away by the quality of the work, and the fact that the crew went over EVERY SQUARE INCH of the nasty old grout and made it a new, pleasing, CLEAN, sealed color. There was one issue that occurred when the crew was trying to remove old paint stains from the wall edges of some of the tile, and Bayron promised to make good on it. He came a couple of days later and did the work himself to make it right. I've got one "before" and a few "after" pictures I"ll share...but they don't really show the stark differences all that well. Suffice to say, I'd recommend Silver Knights Floor Restoration for any job you've got. They will give it to you straight on the estimate, and make good on whatever they promise. Bravo!

After getting three ridiculously expensive quotes from other companies and feeling frustrated, I told Raphael from Brillo Restoration that our budget was a certain amount and that he shouldn't waste his time to come over and do an estimate. He said it was actually possible to meet our budget but he would have to send Markitos over to do an estimate. Markitos gave us a great affordable price to paint our tub and tiles white and he was super nice. It took him 8 hours one day and he came back the second day to do some caulking. Even though he set up a huge industrial fan, the smell was very strong and we had to let it air out for a week before the smell disappeared. The tub and tiles look fabulous and I love the results! Raphael was also very responsive and kept emphasizing to reach out to him for any questions or issues. Highly recommend them for refinishing!

They refinish, repair, restore, seal, install and provides grouting repair and other services. Rafael, the owner and his workers, came to my home to repair and restore a travertine outdoor patio, clean and polish two marble surface vanities in the master bath and regrout the shower in the master bathroom. In the past they resurfaced all the travertine flooring, installed new travertine in the toilet closet and did some special caulking outdoors to prevent patio from leaking. I needed help with some very special chairs that meant a great deal to me as they had been my…read morefather's. When he retired, my husband and I had just bought a house here in Las Vegas. He asked if we would like anything from his office. He had been an insurance salesman for 50 years and had a beautiful office. I had actually worked for my dad. It was considered my 'first job' as I was only 14 years old and after school I went in and answered phones, took messages, did filing. Since we had plenty of room, we agreed to his offer and took the entire office suite. With that came the two leather wing back chairs that, overtime in their new home needed repair. We arranged the furniture in a room we designed as the 'office'. It was always a pleasure to see the furniture everyday and work at the computer on top the desk that he used for nearly 50 years. Over the years, my cats decided the leather chairs would help keep their claws sharpened so before anyone noticed, the backs of both chairs became a real mess. We separated the chairs and covered them with old quilts, tucking them away in the corners in rooms not used very often and mostly kept closed up. I finally decided it was time to drag them out of hiding and assess the damage. I had gone through some changes in our cat family and had these new ones trained up good with scratching posts. I started looking for that special skilled tradesman that could do the chairs justice. I researched the cost of the type of chair, a leather wingback chair, and I weighed replacement verses repair and decided I wanted to keep the chairs as close to their original look. I had done some research and knew that most quotes for re upholstery was right around $1000-2000, plus additional cost of materials. Looking at real leather was just too much when costed out. So a sit down with thousands of swatches was necessary. I was really grateful at how many choices that could be made. I knew I wanted to keep it as close to leather so I chose a burgundy wine color in a faux leather. The shop was really busy so I was told it could take a couple of weeks before they could get me on the roaster and they had to order the fabric and if not available it could delay starting the job. I was in no hurry so I told them to move ahead. I signed the contract and handed them a down payment. Before I left the shop a call was made to the shop that offered the faux leather and they had the amount needed so they ordered it and gave me the good news before I left. I had asked that I be kept up to date with progress by sending me pictures. Overall the work went smoothly and the results made me very happy. It was the pictures I had seen on Yelp that had convinced me to use Legacy Upholstery in the first place. There is a lot of pin and tucked sofas, chairs and restaurants booths that had used the same technique and design. Their work was impressive and I am very pleased with the out come. They offered pick up and delivery service which helped me a lot, the work was great, and the cost was in my budget. I recommend Legacy Upholstery!
