The first time I used them,…read morethey notified me that the paperwork didn't have the official clerk's stamp and wouldn't serve it without it. I mistakenly filed the cover letter and complaint as one document, so only the cover letter had the clerk's stamp. The statute of limitations deadline was the next day, so even though I could still have served the defendants late by filing my complaint on time, their recognition that I didn't have the clerk's stamp enabled me to serve them on time! Therefore, I appreciated their keen eye and knowledge of the proper way to serve someone! The second time I used them, I thought my flash drive had been stolen (fortunately, I found it later), so Jenice allowed me to come to her home so she could scan the documents. She was friendly and organized, and since my order was delayed, they expedited my delivery. LV Process and Investigations offer competitive pricing, and since I had two excellent experiences with them and their staff, I would use them again! I highly recommend them!
