Mostly Mail off of Tenaya and W. Azure Dr. This little Mailbox place has been the best place for a personal mailbox, for receiving mail, boxing or shipping packages. They fax, make copies, make keys and even a Notary. Bill, the owner and worker and his newest employee J are trustworthy, very helpful and absolutely knows what the heck they are doing when it comes to any mail and any personal packages. They greet you kindly and are very patient with people. This place is complete just like the big name brand shops. They have all different size boxes, envelopes, packing materials, special occasion cards etc... The Post Office has what they call Informed Delivery you can sign up for so you know what you'll be receiving for the day's mail, Bill does the same thing with an email. Bill lets people sell their unique items for purchase too, cute things with personal touches. He and his customers also help out with donations for animal's in need. His pricing is comparable for a small business owner and I'd rather go to his shop than wait in a super long line at the post office or the bigger impersonal name brand shops. Bill's small business is just as good in all aspects and more personable in my opinion. The busiest months start in the month of October to Mid December. The best time to go there is when they open or before 10:30 am or after 2pm, but better after 4pm to closing. You'll eventually know the delivery times from all the Logistic Companies including the Regular Post Office mail so you can better time your pickups and deliveries. I personally will never use the service again because this last time is the 3rd time I've paid for priority shipping, was told it would take 2-3 days to arrive, and when the package FINALLY gets picked up by USPS (two days later!!) it will be almost a WEEK before delivery. I was sincerely hoping that this service would be an awesome alternative to Crossroads Station USPS because they suck. Like, with a capital S. I'm just saying, if you've got all the time in the world to get something to its destination, this might be fine for you. But not if you're in a hurry, because they're not. I'm so glad we found this gem! I contacted them about a mailbox rental and got a response very quickly. Other places I sent requests to either didn't even respond or took a few days. I then stopped in to sign up and was told the box that had been available was taken just the previous evening. However, Bill offered to do a virtual mailbox for about half the price. Bill was very personable and seeing how he interacted with other customers, I could tell he cared about his business. The store was also very clean and was easy to find parking. If you ever need a PO box this is the place to go. They do everything from sending your packages taking care of your mail and they go out of their way to do anything they can for you. This place is beyond awesome. My husband and I have used them a few times now. They're always welcoming and kind. I needed to have a label printed, which they did without issue and without an added fee. They laughed when I went in with my own packaging tape (other places have made me a buy an entire roll instead of giving me a strip of tape), so I'm assuming they also don't charge extra if you need to tape an envelope or box shut. Website says that notary services available. Arrived on a Friday and was told that the notary is not there on "weekends". Apparently, Friday is considered a weekend. I wish my boss knew that (so I could have the day off). Asked to make copies of documents and they charge $.09 per page on a dingy little printer behind the cashier. Yea, stick with Office Depot for these services. I'm not sure what this place actually does well. read more
