I'll admit, a man, on a bike, serving up hot vegetarian burgers does sound like something you'd find at a Woodstock Festival. But do not let looks nor per-conceived ideas of "vegetarian" deceive you.
I like Celeste, turn up my nose at the idea of anything with quinoa in it. Normally it means bland, cardboard tasting grit and not very appetising. However, this French, dread-locked, vegetarian must be putting "special mushrooms" or something in his burgers to make them taste so flavoursome, moorish and wholesome. Served up in a wholemeal roll with lettuce, avocado, chilli sauce and plenty of special salad mix this burger will fill you up from lunch to breakfast the next day and only for $10.
Arguably, I took a bite of the haloumi and mushroom burger and had severe food envy with the extra kick the chutney gave to the burger - but that's not saying much considering mine was so good!
