Thankfully they took my car in while I had breakfast at a walkable distance McDonalds. (Their fritter is really good.) They said it would take an hour, but when I came back 50 minutes later it was ready to go! Wil gave me the good news, but said I should consider having my rear brakes replaced soon. No pressure to sell me on making an appointment, but because Wil was such a cordial guy, I just may come back here. We had a nice conversation, and I found out he's a former educator. My inspection was just $85, and the first step I needed to complete in registering my out of state car in Maryland.

Stay away from this company at all costs! We needed a large window replaced in our home following a…read morehail damage claim with our insurance company. The estimates were coming in too high for the adjuster and he suggested having glass doctor come out and fix it instead of replacing it. Glass doctor said they could handle it, no problem and came to measure two separate days stating that the measurements obtained to provide an estimate were different from the second set of measurements. This was September. They came to install the glass on December 17th citing their need to source the grid pattern in the window as the reason for the extended wait. This wasn't true, they showed up with a piece of glass with no grid anyway. Not a life-changing problem but it wasn't great that it should have been done in the fall, not the dead of winter where the heat of the whole house gets sucked out a massive hole for hours. Turns out they measured incorrectly and tried everything to get the too big glass into the frame (including trying to alter the opening/frame) they got extremely, irrationally angry at us for their measuring error and the fact that they had to reinstall the old glass while they made a new piece. The work was rescheduled for Jan 12 and they showed up BIG MAD from the jump. It was absolutely insane- like we had any control over their mistakes. Whatever, window in, move on. As winter progressed, I felt that something was off with the window because you could feel the cold air. This isn't a window you can access without scaffolding so we had no way to check the seal or anything. I was also irritated that they didn't even bother to clean the glass after installation and damaged our paint on both the interior and exterior of the house. Fast Forward to May 2025. Lots of big storms and strong/sideways rain. Water was coming in through the window, pooling on the drywall ledge, cascading down the wall, and going under the floor. We immediately called glass doctor and were met with hard resistance and complete denial of any responsibility (This was the Friday before Memorial Day) and were told they were closing early that day, and couldn't come out to inspect it until the following Wednesday. We get a text on Tuesday saying that they were now planning to come that day instead. My husband had a work commitment and I had a doctor's appointment so he called and told them it would have to be Wednesday because it was now too late to adjust our schedules to accommodate their last-minute change. Guess who came anyway, without permission, grabbed a ladder, and was up against the side of our house caulking the window to cover his tracks. That's right, Nathan from Glass Doctor with his anger problems on full display (thank God for Ring cameras)! By the time my husband got off his work call, he was already 3/4 of the way around the window, speed-caulking to eliminate the evidence of the problem. He refused to have a reasonable conversation yelling "you're not going to pin this all on me"! He left in a fit of range refusing to provide his insurance information. There has been zero communication or response from Glass Doctor, Nathan, or Glass Doctor Corporate. Tried to find their MHIC info online and it looks like they might not even be registered! Their proposal does not list an MHIC number either (which is illegal based on my understanding). Let this be your warning, do not trust your home to these folks! Our brand new floors had to be pulled up to dry the subfloors and the drywall and insulation pulled out and will need to be replaced. At this point, not even a huge expensive repair for them to be dodging. This whole thing is crazy from start to finish!

After reviewing documents and photos, they went to pick up vehicle and fixed vehicle. They saved me a few hundred dollars that was needed to not have my vehicle go to chopping block. Jamal and Mike where very helpful in process. It them a little over month to fix vehicle and when I got it back it looked brand new. Mike showed me pieces from the job. I didn't know how major work was. But I'm grateful they saved me headache of looking for another vehicle. It took me six months to find that car!

My interior wasn't dirty to begin with, nothing that a few wipe downs and vacuuming couldn't fix. My main concern was the trunk lining of my car with the debris and grime that have accumulated over time. Tahalia was pleasant and told me not worry about anything. I dropped my car off at 5:45 p.m. and left for dinner. I came back around 8 p.m. to check on my car and the exterior looked good until I noticed a hard droplet of some type of cleaning product on the hood area (it wasn't there before). It was tough to get it off that I thought it was going to chip off the paint! I was told that it was going to cost extra to buff it out but why? It wasn't my fault to start begin with. I proceeded to the trunk area and it was still dirty! I gave them another chance to get it right and walked around the mall to kill time. I came back around 8:40 p.m. anxiously checked my trunk again and it looked better from before but the backside of my car had water and debris from cleaning the linings. At this point I'm upset and frustrated. A guy had to scrub it with a hard brush to get the dirt off and pat it down dry. The linings now looked stained and spotty and honestly it was too dark to see if it completely came off. I checked the inside and the right side of backseat had dust. The backside window had specs of dirt from the inside. Again, two of their employees had to fix these issues. It was close to 9 p.m. and I understand that everyone just wanted to go home but this all could've been avoided if the job was done efficiently. They had two other cars along with mine that had issues as well. I was told that the gentleman that handled my car (I believe his name was Keith) was let go early to go home and didn't finish the job completely without letting anyone know. Why didn't they do a routine check to make sure the job was DONE? Miscommunication or not it's still not an excuse. Tahalia apologized more than once and gave me a discount voucher for my next visit. She was professional throughout the whole process but I'm not sure if there's even a next time after my first time nightmare experience. I'm scared to check my car in the daylight especially the section where it had debris from cleaning it. The only reason I'll be back is to have them fix the stained section they left but otherwise I will have to take my business somewhere else.

This place charged me $320 to perform what is supposed to be a complete detail of the car. When I went to get the car though I noticed numerous areas that had not been touched (cleaned) several locations on the car were still filthy. I went inside to discuss this with a team member and he came out and kept spraying, spray wax on the car and rubbing it off stating the dirt on the hood was under the paint. This is a 2017 Toyota Highlander. Do you know what the odds are of the paint job being faulty from the factory and only being noticed 3 years after owning the cart. ASTRONOMICALLY HIGH AGAINST. In fact the marks on the hood are not under the paint. They just needed to be cleaned prior to spraying more and more wax over top of them. The interior was not fully cleaned either and there was considerable dog hair, dirt and debris on the instrument panel and the cup holders and the dashboard. THIS COMPANY SUCKS! They are not worth your time and money. Look at my photos, would you want to see this in your car after spending almost $400? As a last resort I called the corporate offices 6 times over a 3 hour period after leaving the location, even leaving a heated voice mail message about how frustrated and unhappy I was. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. Do yourself a favor and say away from this company.
