My windshield was cracked from a rock and I needed it replaced, while insurance routed me to Safelite, they were terrible, and did not know how to deal with the calibration. I didn't realize you do not need to use safelite to have insurance cover the repair. I cannot recommend enough to call Superior and avoid safelite all together. They knew what they were doing, did it quickly and got it fixed. Insurance or not I would absolutely come back here again if I needed a repair. It's hard to find (tucked back in the middle of a warehouse complex), but don't let that dissuade you. It's fast, friendly service and it will be done correctly. Highly recommend.

The CSR was top notch friendly and efficient. Yes, this place is a bit "casual". The customer lounge is definitely Frat House Chic and I got there by walking through the upholsterer's area (where I first stopped to chat with their tech who has been doing upholstery work for 42 years!) then down a hallway lined with furniture and foam rolls. This is an old school shop where they don't worry about having a latte machine or inspirational posters on the wall. But the Manager offered me a cup of fresh Joe from his Keurig while I waited for the urethane sealant to cure and every single person I talked to their was genuinely friendly. I actually spent most of my time pestering the tech who installed my windshield because watching him work was mesmerizing. This guy was a true pro and he never asked me to leave him alone (although he may have been thinking it). The prices are right, they do the job right and FAST and don't waste your time with upsales or brochures. Def the place for auto glass, tint or upholstery work. Check them out.

On my third visit, everything was finally ready, and Heather and Sean really stepped up. They made sure I didn't have to wait long and provided excellent customer service. They were professional, efficient, and clearly cared about getting things done right after all the earlier issues. Overall, the process was inconvenient, but the service at the end made a big difference. I decided to stop by Clearview after getting my car washed next door just to check on prices and they were able to fit me in immediately. Just 1.5 hours later I was leaving with tinted windows that looked great! Only issue is they only have a couple of seats by the register and it gets very crowded while waiting.
