I purchased a vehicle from a local dealer, we purchased a vehicle, knowing that the dealership would pay to have the windshield replaced. They worked with Millenium personally which right off the bat made me feel very good. The dealership is all over the Eastern shore so for such a big company to work with them made me feel good to start. It was very easy for me to set up an appointment, and having a newborn at home, they came to my home to fix my windshield. Just that convenience alone as a new Mom was huge. Boy was I in a jam last night. One of my truck's Windows had gotten busted out from a branch because of the blowing wind. I needed to use my truck today to drive to Pennsylvania which is about 2 hours there and 2 hours to come back. I'm sure you could imagine driving to Pennsylvania and back with a window down on a cold day when it's supposed to rain would be so bad!! I had actually used Millenium Auto Glass once before maybe a year ago or so I don't remember exactly when and I remember them doing a good job. My main concern is this happened last night at 9:30 p.m. As we all know most businesses are closed at that time. I found one of their cards and it mentioned over there emergency service. Finally hope that this problem would be solved. I called I spoke with Adam he was very very kind I actually spoke with the lady as well who was very very kind. They helped me immediately. Had answers in less than 30 minutes for me. I had to leave 8 a.m. this morning and they fixed my window before I left. This place rocks. Had a chip in my front window for a few months because I was quoted up to $700 to get it fixed. Just happened to be driving around and saw a sign for window repair. Called and was quoted $280 I was shocked. Called the place and they said they'd been in business for 7 years, checked reviews online, great. Decided to try my luck and just go for it, the price was right. Within the next hour someone was at my house ready to replace the windshield. The bonus was they came to me and it only took no more than 40 minutes! AWESOME. The man explained to me why other places were more expensive and how they keep it old school to keep the price down. ***BEWARE OF SCAMMERS*** Worst experience ever. I would not recommend doing business with this company......EVER. Took my wife's car to get tinted by this company back in August of 2019. Informed Adam the owner that I wanted the legal limit (35%) for the state of MD installed on the windows. Upon completion I informed them that the tint looked darker than the legal limit that I requested. They assured me that it was the legal limit and that it just looked darker because of the black interior. They are supposed to be the professionals so I didn't argued the fact. Well.....low and behold my wife gets pulled over by the police and they tell her that her tint is to dark. Upon inspection it was determined that the front windows were 19% and the back were 18%. She was given a repair order and informed that she had to have the tint removed. I contacted Adam to have the issue addressed. Boy....was I in for a surprise. When I got to the shop I was informed by his wife that there was nothing they could do because due to the poor record keeping of the shop they had no documentation of the invoice showing a detailed description of the work performed and that I would have to pay to have the tint removed and re-tinted. Unfortunately, the only thing I was given was a receipt showing payment. I showed her the repair order from the police reflecting the % of the tint that they installed and kindly explained to her that I paid for 35% tint and that is not what was installed. She told me I should have known that it wasn't 35% when I looked at it......but there the experts!!!!!! She was very unprofessional and immature to say the least. I kindly paid the $100 to have the tint removed and left. Overall bad experience not to mention the $400 wasted. Valuable lesson learned!!!!!!! read more

I filled out the form on the site with my email adress and phone number, only to be given an error message in the browser about somehting called "fakeri.com". Called and made an appointment. Arrived at the office and had to endure cigarette smoking employees who referred to me as bub, & bud but never sir. Was told I could wait across the street at the gas station until my repair was done, which I did because by now I smelled like an ashtray as did the office and all the smoke was making me sick. Came back over just as they were finishing and was told by the worker there that my wiper squirters had broken as a result of dry rot. But upon later inspection I found that they had just broken off the plastic nozzle instead of disconnecting the rubber hose from them. The hard plastic was absolutely not dry rotted. They agreed to fix them and would call me when the parts came in. A month later I still haven't heard from them. Paid $75.00 to get it fixed at the dealer myself. I would absolutely not recommend this place...! Which I had paid a few bucks more and gone to Safelite...! read more
