They explained since I needed a moving permit I will need to pay my registrations fee in advance and come back with my smog paperwork's to complete my registrations. I paid my fees and confirmed that once I get my smog completed.. I just need to return and turn in my smog paperwork to Jackie's and the process is completed. Super simple and easy. I return with my smog paperwork and now they want to charge me an additional $50 to complete the transaction. Even my receipt states "California Registration Renewal Fees." Jackie, herself, explained to me in detail why they need to charge me again. Her employee failed to explain the part to complete the registration you will need to pay another $50 to turn in your smog paperwork. She apologizes nothing can be done because the employee Jackie failed to trained properly that did my paperwork conveniently, is no longer with them and no one can dispute what the employee did. I was there on 10/13 and today is 10/24. Why would I pay $50 dollars to do my registration renewal process but have to pay another $50 just to complete it? One's incompetence to train their employee should not be made held accountable by your customers.
