I got purchased a used car a few weeks ago and need to get it registered. The service charge was $50 to process my paperwork, which is acceptable considering I didn't have to go to the DMV and wait in line. However, I needed to get my smog done so I had to come in the next morning. I had an appointment at 10:30am (the place states it opens at 10:00am). I got there at 10:00am, but no one was there so I left. I returned at 10:30am and still no one was there, but I decided to wait. They finally showed up a little after 11:00am with a "sorry" and I got my registration handled. The guy was very nice and I got my paperwork done that day. I just didn't like the fact that I had to wait outside their office (instead of the DMV) and still have to pay for that convenience. read more

I had an unusual type of auto registration to do. I was buying a car from a family whose mother had passed away. It required several extra forms to be filled out. I was able to get in and out with my registration in about 25 minutes. I would definitely recommend these people. I WHOLE lot better than going to the DMV. read more

I had an out of state vehicle that I had to get registered. They were able to get my vehicle registered and provide me with plates within a few days. I've been here twice, both times of course due to my procrastination. There I was on a Saturday with my registration due by Sunday. DMV closed and I called this business praying they would be open and they were! Daisy and her staff are wonderful people. You're always greeted with a smile and kindness. She assisted us in a few vehicles that we were having trouble registering. It is a family business. Daisy is very honest is her stuff. Be at a difficult registration or just paying your registration you will not be sorry. They also sell insurance and takes the time to find you the best price. I find it they keep the hours they have posted. She takes care of walk-ins. I prefer to call ahead and let them know I'm on my way. Daisy and her staff save us many hours of waiting at the . These people will not call me back... I have left messages for Daisy Huerta three times with no return call, when i asked the receptionist what do i do if she is never her nor will she call me back she told me to come down on Saturday and she will take care of it. So i show up up with my registration as she asked and long story short was told that Daisy would give me a call for sure, well that was ten day age. When I walked into Daisy's office I was greeted with a warm smile by her and her employees . She was busy at the time helping another client and she offered a seat and told me that she would be right with me . The office was clean and smelled fresh. I could tell that they were very friendly and attentive to her clients needs ....answering all their questions . I was very content with her services and she gave me a better deal through one of the several insurance companies she works through .
