Thankfully, our minivan was towed and is now being worked on. To add to the cars just want to break down party, my husband's car was sitting in our garage not starting up. We informed Q Roadside of this. In addition to helping us with our minivan, he jumped my husband's car, monitored it, and even offered to come back if it didn't start again after the jump. I was told I didn't meet the driver to get the car... the driver delivered early ... natural occurance (so is getting wet in the rain but we use an umbrella! or remove the plate before transport, right?) ... the owner said they thought I was a decent person ...
