I initially spoke with Andrew, the owner, to schedule 3 movers for 4 hours with a start time of around 8 a.m. on a Wednesday. Right at 8, Andrew personally called to let me know they had run into a Murphy's Law kind of morning--the kind every mover dreads. But what impressed me most was his honesty and professionalism. A couple hours later, Andrew arrived himself with three additional crew members (including him) to ensure we were treated right. He took full ownership and went above and beyond to make the experience right. The team was hard-working, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented. They didn't cut corners, didn't stop to take breaks, and packed everything up securely, neatly, and snug. We unexpectedly needed an extra UBox from U-Haul, and Andrew didn't just suggest a solution--he drove me to U-Haul himself, picked up the pod, and after the move was done, personally returned the extra pod back to U-Haul. They worked well beyond the originally planned 4 hours without hesitation, and not once did I feel like I was being upcharged or pressured. Andrew's customer-first approach, integrity, and attention to detail turned what could have been a stressful move into a great memory. As a fellow business owner, I know what it means when someone steps up under pressure, and Andrew did exactly that. If your vehicle is important to you, I would recommend that you avoid this company at all costs…read more The truck driver delivering our brand new 2022 Porsche Taycan damaged one of the wheels while offloading the car, and this company of liars have brushed off any responsibility. First off, the truck was loaded with a bunch of junk, moving boxes, and moving blankets which the driver had to dig through and move from the top level to the bottom level just so he could make way to reach our car (that process took about 30 minutes and looked totally unprofessional). Upon reversing the car off the lift, the passenger side front wheel hit the side of the lift which caused a couple of deep dents and chips to the metal. The driver then grabbed a piece of Brillo Pad and tried to "Buff out" deep chips on the wheel (Like it would actually help...) causing even further damage to the wheel's finish. The driver gave us the phone number of the truck's owner and suggested that they'll prefer to deal with it without involving the insurance. Needless to say, my phone calls to the truck owner were ignored. On a follow up call with the driver, I was told that the truck's owner would be willing to get us a new replacement wheel, but he would like to get the damaged wheel back, to which I agreed. But the catch was that they wanted the damage wheel first before issuing payment... So, I was supposed to have my car without a wheel for 4 weeks until the new wheel came? Or did they expect me to pay $3,000 out of pocket for a new wheel and then go and try to collect from them after they didn't even answer the phone? Yeah right! When the talks with the truck's owner went nowhere, I called the main office and spoke to a lady named Abby. After expressing my concerns to her and telling her I wanted Sema Logistics to get me a brand new wheel, she told me she will need to "Speak to the owner". Needless to say, I never head back from her or the "Owner". After requesting Sema Logistics' insurance information from the Porsche dealership where the car was purchased from, I found out that miss Abby Paneva is the actual owner of the company, which means she's a liar as well. At the end of the day, these jokers wanted to pay me $300 to FIX a BRAND NEW 0 mile wheel that costs $3,000! I don't think so! Sema Logistics were supposed to deliver me a BRAND NEW car. Not a repaired car. Even if the damage is not "Significant" as far as the good folks at "Sema Logistics" were concerned. Luckily, my car was insured by our insurance company while it was in transport. I filed a claim, and my insurance company paid me for a new wheel (less $1,000 deductible). Now, they will go after Sema's insurance to collect the ENTIRE payout, and reimburse me my deductible since Sema's driver was the one that damaged the car. Now they'll have to deal with the consequences of that, and I will leave them negative reviews on any platform available so if someone ever considered using their services in the future, they'll know what irresponsible and unprofessional bunch of clowns and liars they'll be dealing with!

The driver took my car 10 miles outside of where the location was supposed to be. I reached out as I noticed they were going another route. The driverr assured it was going where it needed to go but had to follow the route provided by the dispatch. I show up to the destination where I was to meet at drop off ,but driver never showed. 30 minutes of waiting and I reached out to driver again and he says he was at the location. I assured him he was not as I was there waiting. Apparently he was at an address where it was similar but not the address. I asked to have brought back to the actual address he was to deliver to ,but he refuses stating the insurance has to request a new dispatch. He stopped answering my calls and I had to drive out to this other address assuming he would have left it there for me to retrieve since he stated he could not go anywhere else with it without an order. I show up to address and my car is no where to be found. I drove up and down the road a few blocks to see if it was nearby, but nothing. I go into the office of the facility he said was the correct address and they guys in office confirmed the driver did show up to drop off but they corrected him on the right location and told him was at wrong address and directed him to the shop I was waiting at. They saw him take off with my car on back. After continue effort to locate my vehicle, the driver messaged me coordinates. I am an elder man and use technology that much and unfamiliar how to use this information or what it means. I had to ask my wife to leave work to help me locate my car. She arrived as i was on phone with my insurance company to get more information on this town company. They stated they had tried contacting this person and company, but no response. They had suggested we start police report and they would reach out to public safety to see if anything had been retrieved. Still nothing. At about 4pm my wife had finally found where the coordinates put my car at, and it was no where close!!! It was 20 mins NW abandoned in a parking lot !!!! When arrived it was relieving to know we found it, but really pissed to see the damages left on our car. My back fender around the wheel was bent and cracked my paint. A front headlight popped out. A unique and scarce metal back chrome badge was missing!!!! Thought that was the most damage done until finally another driver from another company was dispatched to finalize our tow. He brought to our attention that one of our shocks was busted and hanging. Still no response or accountability for this poor service. There will be an official police report for the mishandling and damages to my property.
