She gave me some SORRY EXCUSE about how the prices have nearly doubled and she can't help me. First saying she could help me, then finally saying no, minutes before hanging up. First of all they say door-to-door pick up, I bought a high in Mercedes in the LA area to be delivered to Arizona. I was quoted $750 later on I found out I paid $200 to $300 too much with other companies calling me with quotes. They emailed me after I stupidly paid them ahead that my very expensive Mercedes would be picked up at the dealership on Monday and delivered to Arizona on Tuesday. The dealership called me on Friday in a panic as I had passed on the information the car will be picked up on Monday however, another transport company took it to a lot where it sat over the weekend, none of this was communicated to me by CAR-GO, I finally tracked down the guy ( luckily the dealer had all of this information) and he advised me it wouldn't leave his unknown lot until After the weekend on Monday! I called CAR Go and only got a recording that they were closed on the weekend so I had no communication or clarity on what was going on with my car. therefore, I was left with only communicating with the owner of this vacant where my Mercedes at. On Monday, it was picked up and I was assured by the driver it would be delivered Tuesday afternoon. To make a long story short, the driver did not want to drive to Tucson on Tuesday Contracted but finally showed up at 10 PM that evening. I I Iwould strongly recommend Anybody shipping a car to not use this company. They are not dependable. They do not provide real time tracking and basically could care less once they got your money.
