I've never had microneedling done so I was hesitant about the purchase but have only heard good things especially since I'm getting married in 6 weeks. I did some research and even attended a demonstration at another business to educate myself. When I saw the Groupon and looked up reviews for Beverly Hills plastic surgeons, I felt comfortable buying and making the appointment. I originally tried to make the appointment online and couldn't find any open appointments. I then called and they said they were moving away from the online scheduling system and would rather go through everything over the phone especially if there's any pre procedure instructions or questions that they need answered prior to booking. I loved that, a business who wants to communicate with the customer and make sure there's no misunderstandings. There were several appointments available at all times of the day any day of the week. When I got there, they were also just as attentive if not more! I was also then walked into one of the rooms and asked about my history, any goals I had for my skin, and medications. Part of the pre procedure was also talking to a PA and verifying my history. Then Evie came in to start the blood withdraw. Throughout the process I was constantly asked about how I felt, what to expect, and how I would like to proceed.
