One of the things I noticed that they provided was a 3D imaging scan where they take photos from different angles of you and then show you the different sizes and types of implants it would look like on your body. Rather than only getting a mental image of like "oh maybe this person's size fits on my body" vs actually seeing a potential rendering, I got extremely clear information and visuals on the cc sizes and could see what the differences would be. I didn't realize other offices didn't offer this service for a consult. I was looking for a place that was up-to-date with technology, had great openness and honest communication with patients, and of course great results. Loved the overall energy and vibe of the staff, and I felt like I could put my trust into the team with it being my first surgical procedure ever. My surgery was now scheduled for 8/3 and the Friday before my surgery I received an email and a text saying the clinic was closing and my surgery is canceled. Felt like a stab to my heart, I had waited so long to have it done. Now less than 2 weeks later they are supposed to reopen in October. If you look them up it still saying closed permanently. They are telling people they won't be getting refunds since they are reopening. It was super stressful dealing with Icon. Who knows if they will do this again.
