I walked in on the 7th and inquired about pricing for the hairstyle I wanted and she stated $65. I even went further into detail and stated that I want them to be small and she told me again "it does not matter if they are small, medium or large, my price for that style is $65". I asked how to book and she sent me the link and assisted me in booking the appointment for the 14th. When I brought my son for the appointment on the 14th she stated that the price for the hair style in small is going to be $90. I told her we specifically talked about it and she said "well my prices have changed since then" the only reason I still allowed my son to be serviced is because she would've charged my card half the fee for canceling. So glad to finally find my new go to beauty supply store! They have a wider selection of hair, a clean store, and natural hair products like Mielle Organics, Shea Moisture, and The Mane Choice. Also, the owner knows about hair so she gave great recommendations. Their prices are very competitive and the owner is friendly. There's a mini salon in the back so I might have to come and get my hair braided one of these days. So happy to shop somewhere where the customer service is A1 and they don't follow you in the store! In two words LOVE IT! Beautiful store with top quality products and a amazing young lady who knows how to braid hair! Imoni did my hair last week and I cannot stop looking at myself in the mirror. She was super sweet, patient, professional, caring and knows just what you need to fit your style. She answered every question I had and assured me that if I had any issues to please let her know. I got knot-less braids and they are BEAUTIFUL!!! This lady knows what she's doing!! She does a variety of different hair styles that look fabulous!!! She worked from the time I got there until she finished, she didn't even take a break for the bathroom or lunch (which I don't recommend) but if she had it definitely wouldn't have been a problem. I feel in love immediately with her and will be going back as long as she'll tolerate me (lol )! We gona do some thangs!!! In short...
