One of Los Angeles commercial Spas going under two names this is the fountain of yes doing business as liposurgical center I advise to not go there for any procedure as I went there for IPL and radiofrequency they are unfamiliar technicians with the setting and they cannot assess your skin as there is no dermatologist to check they ended up using the wrong settings although I asked them to be very safe and I mentioned to them all the skin specifications I ended up with hyperpigmentation on my forehead and a discoloration on the other hand the radio frequency was too high and the heat made under my eyes look more hollow. I had my surgery done mid- May 2022 with Dr. Dinh, he is super sweet and did exactly what I asked for!!! My procedure was Lipo 360 with BBL fat transfer, I absolutely love the results. Trembling and near hyperventilating I was, dang near close to an anxiety attack because of the small room we were in plus the eye goggles that obscured the world not to mention the imminent pain on my face... I came across this place from a girl I sold my tummy tuck fajas to. So I had my consult on Columbus day. From the moment Dr. Dinh made his markings and told me what he'd do, I was sold. I booked lipo of 4 areas, bra rolls, waist and mid section. I had my procedure on 11/8. It came and went seamlessly. Dr. Dinh took about 7lbs of fat from those areas. I was very displeased with the service by the staff! Dr Ghandi did not pay much attention to me or take a moment to listen to my questions. I felt like he literally walked into and out of the exam room. After surgery Thier office could not find a faja that would fit me, and didn't not seem to care about making any accommodation to get me one. Since I did not have the support of the faja post op, my results were very disappointing. I would not recommend this place. read more

A year later but to keep it short Dr ghandi gave me necrosis on my abdomen, said it was a superficial bruise, emailed the office for help twice with multiple pictures of my skin peeling off and didn't get a reply, I had to text Dr ghandi didn't acknowledge it in multiple text messages only said he'll give me antibiotics for the swelling ok my lower abdomen I was having. I had to see my dermatologist who diagnosed me with necrosis, my skin was dying. Dr Gandhi did not educate me on any of this. Yes necrosis is a risk, but was not educated enough to tell me how bad my bruise was and that it could turn into my flesh dying. He lost his license for necrosis prior, you would think he would have recognized how bad my skin was and maybe warn me, but no just told me it was a bruise and can't do a tummy tuck, which I am grateful for because if that is the care I get I would be scared if I had a complication with a TT. He also had a friend of mine doing lipo take 2 pregnancy tests. She later miscarried and lost her baby, she was pregnant during the procedure and didn't know. Why would you have someone take two tests if the first one was negative? Yes his work is nice but there's a chance you can be a victim of Mal practice. read more

This review is for a photo facial and laser hair removal. The location is clean and well taken care of. The Dr. Has always been there at the facility and if you have any questions for him I am sure that he would answer. The technician that performed my three photo facials is Patricia. She is very knowledgeable and great to talk to, she will give you skin tips and guide you along the way. If you inform her that you are new to the procedure she will take the time to consult with you about what to expect and how to perform after care. There are several things that I really like about fountain of youth first the Patricia did speak to me about the aftercare lotions that they clinic sold but after I informed her of not wanting to spend the amounts she was kind enough and knowledgeable enough to guide me to the facial wash, spf, and exfoliant that would best suit me. This is a major plus for me because I have gone to other locations where they sale you more than you had in mind to purchase. The results of my photo facial are amazing after my third treatment I my skin is lighter the dark spots are gone and my skin color is even. Hair removal Patricia explained the process and during the treatment she asks if I was feeling and pain or discomfort that she could stop and assess I have seen a reduction on hair and am looking forward to the end of the six treatment to see the final results. If I could give this place no stars at all I would. I got a lipo/BBL during the consultation they said they had to do my bbl/lipo in two sessions so I asked the doctor if I could get fat lipo from my upper back as well. He said yes they just charged me extra for the extra lipo. On the day of the surgery they gave me Benadryl and Xanax to make me "sleepy" mid surgery I wake up with the doctor saying all kinds of profanities he was being super rough I kept telling him it hurt and he just kept going telling me to shut up unless I wanted him to stop and leave me like I was. I endured that pain and left only to see that my surgery was super botched!!! It looked horrible! I told them that I wasn't happy with it and they didn't care. I tried several times to get them to fix it and they didn't. Even the surgical tech that took my "after photos" agreed that the lipo looked bad. You can see the places where he inserted the cannula to remove the fat. It's so bumpy, despite paying 8k for the procedure, plus lymphatic drainage massages and trying to invest in compression garments! Do not bother going here! It's horrible! read more
