Everything before and after the truck showed up was a failure. Isaac, my sales rep, went silent. No call, no email, no check-in of any kind until the day before the move. When I finally reached someone, the schedule on file was wrong and we had to rebuild it because the dates didn't line up. The inventory was also wrong. Rather than fix it, they sent me an updated inventory and asked me to verify it myself -- in the middle of a cross-country move, which is exactly when a customer has the least capacity to audit paperwork. The predictable happened: the truck arrived undersized for the actual load and they couldn't fit everything. Still figuring out how to get them to me... The crew told me Isaac or a manager would call. Three days later, nobody has. Not Isaac, not a sales manager, not anyone. I have had to chase this company at every single step, including after they failed. I would revise this review if someone from management called, explained what went wrong, and made me whole on the items that didn't make the truck. Until then, one star.

He went above and beyond to get us moved and treated our belongings as if they were his own. He even helped disconnect and reconnect our appliances and had the extra parts we needed for our dryer. Carlos's professionalism and his crew's hustle really stood out and made this one of the best moving experiences we've ever had. They made a stressful day so much easier. On move out, they were fast (but careful), and protected each item appropriately. There were unforeseen circumstances that delayed receiving my keys until over 2 hours after our arrival. Raul handled the situation with a lot of grace, despite having a smaller job planned for later that evening. I thought for sure my move in was going to be delayed another day, but that didn't happen because Raul went above and beyond. His employee was fantastic as well, but I unfortunately forgot his name! Literally "as good as it gets!".. Had been in the market for a used pool table for some time,…read morefinally found what I was looking for and then realized I had to move the beast. Quickly found that the last billiard store in town had recently closed so found myself scrambling to find someone to move the table. I requested a quote from what appears to be a local business, but found out it is only a scheduling company that ends up hiring Kickin Billiard services to handle the move and they charge over 2x the amount quoted by Kickin Billiards. I called Kicking Billiards and didn't get an answer, but was promptly called back and advised he had missed the call. Spoke with the owner Derrick, after a few questions I felt comfortable hiring him for the move. He was very flexible and very prompt with returning texts. I finalized the move time/date with the seller and communicated this to Derrick and he showed up about 5 mins early. Derrick and his helper had the table broken down and loaded up within 20 minutes and he was on his way to my house. They took about an hour to get the table all reassembled, leveled, and looking sharp. Well worth the money. Great communication, price, and service. If you need somebody to move a pool table this is the guy.
