I recently lost my husband and just couldn't handle being in my townhouse anymore then my Mom was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease - she's severely crippled and can no longer live on her own, so I needed to move her in with me at my new home. My husband taught me to research before paying for anything, so that's what I did - I made several calls and had movers come to give me their quote, but I needed help with so much due to my bad Back and Fibromyalgia, and I kept getting told that these different movers were limited in what they could do for me, so I would end up paying different people to come do all that I was asking to be done... ugh!! I finally came across Estrada Co. Elite Servicemen - Steve Estrada was a true "God Sent"... I needed my second car driven from Bakersfield to my new home in Taft, my new home didn't come with a Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer and I needed a Kitchen table, so I needed these items picked up from different sellers, I needed my guinea pigs moved in their cage, I also needed my stereo system, disassembled and put back together at my new home, I needed my Vizio TV "which is super heavy" unmounted and remounted at my new home, I needed my two heavy couches taken apart and reassembled, I needed help with all of my packed boxes to be unloaded and brought into my new home then finally I needed all of my Mom's heavy furniture moved from her place in Bakersfield to Taft as well as my Mom's sliding glass dogie door window insert removed from my Mom's place and put into my new home's sliding glass door. With all of my above mentioned moving needs, Steve gave me an above and beyond fair quote and told me he would show up the day before the move to go to the different seller locations to pick up the Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer and Kitchen Table and have one of his men drive my second car... he did this for me and gave me advice on what I needed to buy for gas dryer... I don't know of any mover who would care enough to give any advice. I can honestly say that Steve saved me hundreds of dollars by meeting all of my moving needs, so I didn't have to pay different people to do what needed to be done. I also want to mention that Steve managed to move my stuff "including my guinea pigs in their cage" securely in his truck, as well as my Mom's stuff and assemble everything back together at my new home, mounted my Vizio TV, put together my Mom's heavy sleep number bed all without damaging anything - that truly surprised me as I figured with all that needed to be moved there was bound to be something that would get damaged, but there wasn't... he even helped me to patch the nail holes up at my townhouse. Oh, did I mention that Steve even fixed some things that I didn't know how to fix at my new home... that wasn't included in his quote - it just goes to show that customer satisfaction is what Steve's "Estrada Co. He was extremely professional, arrived on time after notifying me he was on his way, and never stopped until the job was done. He was very knowledgeable with his moving skills, often maneuvering through some tight spots. Not one scratch or dent on any item. I was beyond impressed with Steve.
