Being a business owner, I reserve from posting any negative reviews on a business. I don't want to complain knowing the commitment we need to starting and building a business. Due to my negative experience, which was a costly expense I am obligated to say something. Overall, this is an issues that was dragged by the owner for months, which should have been satisfied in days. Added NOTE: Alex states I told him I could not pay for the services. We do not have any vendor which will agree. Mr. Alex, clearly you have financial challenges and need to take funds without providing services. Mr. Alex, I look forward to receiving all the documents supporting your assumption. I have all time and written documentation to support my Poor Review, I actually search Yelp for computer repair business. The reviews at the time were mixed and I tried to support a small business! Ongoingly, my experience has been horrible with Vellve System. I paid and contracted Vellve Systems to install a virus protection to our network of computers, fix one computer's routing of files on another computer that was running slow. Overall, EVERYTHING was not done or working worst prior to contracted. The slow running computer was supposedly fixed. When it was returned the touch screen ability was BROKEN!!!! He attempted to convivence me that it was broken when he picked up the computer, which is a LIE! When he picked up the computer to review the issues again he kept the computer for a MONTH without fixing it! The few times I was able to get someone on the phone I was told the computer as in pieces because they were doing a diagnostic. Overall, I kept calling, texting and emailing the owner (Alex), the store and staff to obtain the status of my devices. Sadly, NONE OF my texts were responded until I had to threaten my proposed next steps. The computer with the routing issues was never FIXED but was paid for. When I finally reached him; he stated there was no use to fix the computer because I need to add memory. If that is the case, why did I pay for him to fix it in the first place? NO Refund was given!!!! We paid to have a virus protection software installed. He did not give us our user access. We have been getting errors that the virus subscription has expired. I have contacted him on numerous occasions and still waiting for a response. He demanded payment in full UP FRONT. I paid to demonstrated my Integrity and expressed we were seeking ongoing support. I even discussed the negative reviews and he stated that was a consumer who could not be pleased. Now, I know I should have believed the reviews because this has been a horrible experience and payment for services NOT rendered. Payment: When I asked for him to justify the billing, he advised , that he rounded up the cost. Wait so he billed me for time not actually incurred. Who does that!!! Overall, the owner Alex comes across as a nice person. Alex needs to improve his business method. He takes people equipment, never available and leaves the work for his staff to do, which is inexperience!!! This was one of the worst experiences. I recently took my laptop here for service because my audio stopped working. Alex was the person who I had made aware of this issue. Over the next couple of weeks in finding a solution, Alex was able to identify exactly what was causing the audio issue and offer alternatives for resolving. He offered to replace the audio device or suggest I purchase a new laptop altogether since the one I had was over 6 years old and started to show signs of slowing down anyway. Alex gave me the choice of getting one from the shop or getting my own elsewhere. I decided to purchase my own laptop somewhere else and asked to have all my files transferred to this laptop from my old one. Alex was very flexible and open to all my preferences regarding my choice of laptop and what files I wanted transferred. Also, Alex has been very communicative and responsive throughout the 2+ week period while trying to get my issue resolved. He was straightforward in communicating the issues and presenting options. He is also open and flexible to my needs as a customer. I am very satisfied with the service provided at Vellve Systems and will definitely come back here for all my computer needs. I used Vellve Systems last week when my laptop completely crashed after being dropped by accident . The screen was completely busted ,so busted that the wires from the inside were exposed The technicians told me upfront there may be a problem with the hard drive as well since it was dropped (apparently this is a common problem when you drop a computer) . Few hours later I received the diagnostic result to let me know my data was gone too since the hard drive got busted as well. I declined the service and told them I needed to get a 2nd or 3rd opinion, they didn't try to sell me anything and didn't charge me a dime for diagnosis, it was FREE. I took my laptop then to other places I found online and THEY ALL told me the same thing BUT none of them could retrieve my data when Vellve assured me they could do it in 1 or 2 days . I took it back to Vellve Systems , they retrieved my data which was mostly important to me and not the computer itself , they also gave me a deal on fixing the screen and the rest of the exposed wires. I will be using this company for any computer problems in the future and will highly recommend them with anyone I know read more

I am extremely happy with these folks at Vellve Computers. I called on a SUNDAY and they were open, I described my problem over the phone but of course there was nothing much to do until they had my PC. I have a Samsung all in one PC, it wouldn't give me any signals from the screen, vellve computers checked it out quickly and they told me they would have to call me later (I dropped it off at 1230pm sunday) 4 hours later they called and said my motherboard had gone bad because the system was running too hot, I approved their service with the quote they gave me ($150) They called again before they closed to let me know the the PC was ready and they could wait for me if I wanted to pick it up today (very good customer service) I picked it up quickly and they gave me some tips on this particular type of PC I have. I bought this PC 2 years ago and it was on sale for $900 so $150 for the repair was a lot better than buying another one. I will tell everyone I know for sure about this place, their customer service and techniques.. P.S. i had to call them for directions. This afternoon my MacBook Pro died because of an unfortunate accident with liquid damage. I took it to VellveSystems and had the techs over there have a look. Considering it's a free diagnosis I had nothing to loose. The moment I set foot in the door the staff was very helpful and listened to everything I had to say. They were also very knowledgeable! I was told the diagnosis would take anywhere between 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the cause of issue. Which it was already considering I brought it in for liquid damage I wasn't expecting them to give a quick diagnosis. I was on a trip and dropped my HP laptop by accident. The laptop didn't open or close completely. I couldn't even get the computer to the long in screen. I was afraid I was going to lose all my family photos and a lot of work stuff. I took it to this computer shop and Daniel checked the hard drive to make sure it was safe. He said it wasn't reading but that didn't really mean anything since they can work around it sometimes. I left my laptop with them. Daniel called me back the next day letting me know they could fix the hard drive and also repair the screen, since it broke. He asked me to share screens from my computer at my house and his computer at his shop so I could make sure all the pictures I need were there. I checked them all and I was really happy he recovered them all. I was on the phone with him for a while and I really appreciated his patience. I was looking for a fast-service repair shop , I called several other places and non of them seemed to know what I was talking about or knew how to solve the problem. This place is absolutely amazing! I dropped my brand new HP Envy 360 laptop two months after buying it and broke the screen. I failed to purchase insurance on it and was stuck with paying for the repairs (a lesson that I will not soon forget). HP and other local computer repair shops quoted almost as much as I paid for the laptop. Vellve was much less and they did an outstanding job replacing the screen and lid. They kept me up-to-date and the status of the repair. It took them longer to fix it than they anticipated due to changes with the digitizer. However, they did not charge me more than what they quoted me! That's right, they told me that the initial work would take between 1-2 hours but took six hours but no additional charge. Extremely happy with the service I just received . I spilled wine all over my mac and this happened when I needed it the most - I had many papers due the next day for work so I was very concerned. Alex and his team checked out my laptop as soon as I brought it in, he explained to me what was going to happen and gave me many options to choose from , he didn't try to sell me a service I didn't need, he was SUPER patient with me and spent at least 1 hour talking to me and giving me different options . Alex made a visit to my house to determine why I was not getting a good Wi-Fi signal in part of my house, and he was able to quickly assess the problem and addressed it immediately. Even before we had a contract he helped me navigate Time Warner Cable and provide immediate help. He and his technician were back within a few days to help me install a secondary router, while maintaining my existing home office set up. Also, right after the technician left, I experienced a minor problem, called Alex for assistance and he sent his tech right around to come straight back to my house. After doing so much research with reviews , BBB and other websites, I finally decided to give these guys a try. I was looking to hire a local I.T. department for my new business. They have setup our new server for our store with all 5 computers and printers, they've also fixed our 2 laptops that we thought they were ready to be trashed , they said "NO, we can fix them and make them new again" well , they sure did and that saved me at least $800 since we didn't have to buy more laptops . Cheaper than Apple and great communication My Macbook Pro had a problem not powering on and the team at Vellve fixed the issue without a problem. Communication was great and they informed me the part was going to take a while to get since it is not a new computer, they kept informing me every other day as soon as they heard back from their supplier. When the part arrived, they called me to let me know I could pick up my laptop in 3 hours. Laptop Repair by Vellve Systems was a heaven send and really saved the day! I made an appointment for Sunday (no one else was open today - except for this company). We have an old laptop and because of the an issue we lost most of the pics from our wedding last week - and we didn't even get to see them yet. We made an appointment and brought the laptop in the afternoon and within less than 30 minutes they recovered all of the lost files from the our bad hard drive. My MacBook air stopped working, the apple store looked at it and said there was all kinds of liquid damage inside, I asked them to retrieve my data since the cost was too high to get it repaired,they said my data was gone too,I said what! The first time I went to Vellve Computers was when I had a virus on my computer about a year ago. I met Alex and not only did he get rid of the virus, he was able to download more software on it. Great Service. Diego and Alex are very helpful. My computer was running slow and could not open any program. I called them for a quote and they gave me a quick estimate over the phone.
