The lady I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Called for pickup and they came out and picked it up almost immediately and did it so quietly I didn't know they had arrived! Got a call within a couple of hours telling me the additional fee ($25 for mattress) and were extremely polite and helpful. If YOU need a dumpster, or any of their other services, call them! I scheduled with Cindy and she told me that if receive a confirmation text which I did receive. I totally rescheduled my whole day around having the cleaning ladies come so that I could be home during the service. Since we just built our house and I have boxes still around I woke up super early to rearrange the boxes so that they would be out of the way of the cleaning crew. I was in total disbelief when they DIDNT SHOW UP AT ALL! No Call! I sent a text message to Cindy's personal cellphone and her business phone because I thought maybe they couldn't find my house and got absolutely no response. I even gave them the benefit of doubt and thought maybe they had an emergency and waited till 3 days later and tried calling Cindy and no answer! Terrible business and customer service to not call a Client if something comes up and you're not able to make it. They totally waisted my time and I'm glad I didn't give my credit card information. I called a different cleaning service today and got on the schedule. Will never do business with this company ever and won't recommend unless you have time on your hand that you want waisted.

And it's happened again. I've had to call multiple other times because my gutters do not drain, they spill out and wash away landscaping every time a heavy rain comes through. I have showed them videos. When they came out they actually told me "I don't know how to fix this." I called for 2 years to have them do my winterization and the call immediately went to voicemail every time. I had to hire 2 other companies to winterize due to Gabe's not being available by phone. I thought they went out of business. Then out of the blue I get a text around October 2024 that I was ready for my winterization. I did not hire them for the winterization in 2024. I recently called to have them (again) repair the sump pump discharge line and troubleshoot my downspout issues. They NEVER SHOWED UP! I called multiple times to get an answer as to why they never showed and no one has ever returned my calls. This company is unreliable and a waste of time. I gave them a hell of a lot of money too. Never again! That was their last chance with me.

He was very quick to respond and even picked them both up since we did not have a truck and trailer. He took the time to clean them both up and had them looking brand new (considering they were both 20+ years old and inherited from my grandpa).
