I decided to stick with them, though, because they're very responsive to criticism, and seemed to genuinely make things right. After a few months of service, I'm glad I did stick with them. Our regular cleaner, Asel, is phenomenal. Any changes to schedule, etc., are communicated well ahead of time. Pricing isn't the cheapest, but it's also not the most expensive (for whatever reason, cleaning services in South OC are just very, very expensive, even compared to NY, where I was last).

I asked for an EXTRA cleaning this month, so I wanted them to come MORE. The way they entered into their scheduling system deleted my current scheduled time. So to my surprise after I woke up early and spent an hour prepping them to show up at 8 AM, no one came. I called and asked what was going on and I had to follow up twice. They said I wasn't on the schedule until the 29th! I told them I needed it done today and they could not find a way to make that happen for me after I have probably spent close to $10k with the over the past couple years. I have 3 small children so it's not the most convenient to have services like this canceled and then rescheduled. Plus I stripped all my beds and picked up everything for them so they could do a deep clean, all for nothing. Instead of offering any resolution other than "we are sorry, we don't know why this happened", I was pretty disappointed to say the least. Needless to say I will be providing my business elsewhere.

When they arrived, we asked them to take their shoes off as we do not wear shoes in the house for sanitary reasons. For some reason, they snuck anyway, and put their shoes back on, and then proceeded to leave dirty foot prints all over the house as they mopped the floors. Literally the worst cleaners I've ever had. They have messed up the beautiful wood floors. All of the glass in the house is streaked and spotted which there is much of. The sinks are dirty with hair, and the toilets are dirty. They did not dust. They left the wood floors, soaking wet, wood floors! They have created more cleaning than the place needed when they got here and now I have to have a real cleaner come and attempt to undo all of the damage that they have done if that is even possible.
