Yes, I just need to know service that they give the quality they didn't know me the value which I was very happy and shocked with best one yet I just needed to know some details of what type of cleaning they did to what extent so she's gonna get back with me and let me know so I can't re-rate them yet read more

This was my first time using this service (or any service like this in the area) and I'm so happy I went with this company. They were super prompt in their responses, as well as prompt in their arrival time. It took about 3.5 hours for a one bedroom apartment and it was very thorough-all of the things I wanted completed were addressed. Brought all of their own supplies and I was able to work at home without being in the way. Pricing is beyond reasonable. Would definitely use again. read more

Highly recommend this company! Our condo was in need of a deep DEEP clean after some interior construction and every nook and corner was clean! Definitely great service especially for the value. They're very responsive and very accommodating as well. read more

I had a great experience with the OC Europian Cleaning Service team today! Mario and Monika arrived on time and were incredibly professional. Before they began, they checked in with us to understand our specific needs and how to handle our belongings. They did a great job cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen, and they didn't overlook any detail in the rest of the apartment. The price was very fair. I reached out to them last minute, just before a holiday weekend, and they still managed to accommodate me and book an appointment, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend their services if you're looking for reliable and thorough cleaners! Thank you, Mario and Monika! read more

Very impressed from the cleaning crew of Mario and Monica and how they cleaned my condo. They stayed extra and made sure everything was clean. They were very reliable and I was impressed by the quality of service. I would recommend this company to everyone and was happy with result!!!! read more

Overall cleaning was done well. But they feel a bit rushed trying to get out of the house at a certain time.

Responded quickly to our request and were able to come out the following day. Service was great at a good price. Will continue to use them for our monthly service read more

The best cleaning service I have ever used. Fast responses, easy scheduling, cheapest around and did an amazing job. I used them when I moved out of my rental unit and highly recommend!!!!!! read more

Really professional and efficient! Made my room clean in under 2 hours and it was spotless!

The communication before the cleaning was great! I was able to get quick back and forth communication to agree upon the scope of work, the crew size (2 cleaners), the arrival time and the rate. All of this communications during the weekend for a first thing Monday morning cleaning. Other companies try to push on you to get your personal contact info but OC Europoean did not make me feel that pressure. I completed the 2-hr cleaning this morning and am very happy with the service and they did a great job! Now I will save their info and use them again since they've earned my trust as a customer. Great Job! read more

Excellent and fair price! Fit me in last minute and arrived on time. Highly recommend

Easy to coordinate and very professional! Was able to schedule a same day cleaning. Would recommend!

They did a fantastic job cleaning window, carpet and stone floor for new tenants moving in. Highly recommend!

I contacted OC European Cleaning for some deep cleaning on our kitchen and bathroom. Overall I'm pretty happy. The gentleman who showed up was very friendly and definitely efficient. The pricing was absolutely fair and I paid the extra cost for an oven cleaning. It was easy to get an appointment setup with them. I probably should have done a better job inspecting stuff before they left but I noticed the next day that the ceiling fan in the kitchen didn't get cleaned and the baseboards in the bathroom were still filthy. I think a "deep cleaning" would have including those. Overall though I'd recommend them! read more

Great communication and able to accommodate me last minute. The cleaning was very thorough, and a woman who's in charge stopped by to make sure everything was going well and being cleaned up to their standards. I'd absolutely use them again! read more

Condo thoroughly cleaned within the scheduled window. Careful of our belongings. Kitchen appliances looked brand new.

Contacted Jaraca for a cleaning service. She was very nice and informed me she had an availability on Wednesday afternoon. The gentleman name Steven and came did a decent job. However, I did hear something break but when I came downstairs I didn't see anything. A day later, I'm sitting at my dining table and noticed my flower vase was broken and glued back together. This was unprofessional on his part. I would have appreciated honesty versus pretending like nothing happened only to find this a day later. I messaged Jaraca and she was apologetic and sent me the money for the cost of the vase. Would give them another chance again to clean but definitely wouldn't recommend Steven as this behavior is not acceptable. read more

We used OC European Cleaning Service for the 1st time today. Dominika cleaned for us. She is very nice, professional and she did a great job. I didn't have to ask her to get any of the regular little details, she had it covered! We're going to continue to use Dominika. Thank you OCECS and Dominika! Highly recommend. read more

The OC European Cleaning Service did an outstanding job in deep cleaning one of our houses including the inside windows on the first day and then deep cleaning the carpet on the second day. Previously, they also deep-cleaned the rug for another house of ours. We find the OC European Cleaning Service "say-what-they-do and do-what-they-say." They provide outstanding quality clean service promptly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. We wish them the best and always prosper. read more

Was moving out and instead of cleaning the place we decided to hire OC European Cleaning Service to make sure we wouldnt get charged a cleaning fee/lose security deposit. I'll say it could've been better. The things they spent time on were cleaned OK. Vanity in the bathroom was clean and most of the oven was clean, but other than that it didnt really seem like much else was touched. Soap scum stil all over the sinks and faucets, oven door was dirty with grease and sticky layer all over, walls weren't touched (not even a spot clean), kitchen cabinets filthy, some spots on the floor missed, etc. After the crew left I did a closer inspection and called the owner. She was very understanding and sent the same crew back a couple hours later to go over everything again and look at the problem areas I mentioned. They sent me pictures of the place and it looked good. I wasn't able to inspect myself before the landlords guys got there. Again, I thought the pictures looked good, but my landlords handyman said some of the things could have been cleaned better. My landlord is a jerk so i didnt really care plus he didnt say it wasnt really up to standard and needed re-cleaned. Anyways flash forward to a couple days later when the new tenants move in. We get a text later in the day saying the landlord was going to hire another crew to go in clean. Now, I will fight tooth and nail to make sure we dont end up getting that taken off our deposit (He should have said something before tenants moved in, not until they complained + we had it cleaned twice and it was cleaner than when we moved in), but the fact that we still have to go through all this after it being cleaned twice is crazy. The two people who cleaned were very nice and so was the owner, but end of the day I can't really say I would recommend. read more

I found OC European Cleaning Service on Yelp and was extremely happy with their work! I've been in communication with Jarka and she happily provided me with an estimate during a quick and easy walkthrough of my house. I'm so happy with the results! I love coming home to fresh sheets and a clean house. They are extremely flexible and communicative, I would recommend the OC European Cleaning Service to just about anyone who needs regular cleaning. Thanks Jarka and team! read more

OC European Cleaning Service has cleaned our apartment in Irvine for about 3 months now, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of service we receive. From my first inquiry, Jarka (the owner) has been very quick to respond and very flexible with scheduling regular monthly cleanings. Radek is our regular cleaner and he does a thorough job in every room of the house, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. He's very professional, polite and always shows up on time. I'm sure this extends to the rest of the staff as well. What I really appreciated the most about OC European Cleaning is that the staff bring their own cleaning supplies and the pricing is very fair compared to other cleaning services. We look forward to many more cleanings in the future with Jarka and her team. read more

If you need to do a move-out clean for your apartment, I highly recommend OC European. My place was cleaned well and ready for inspection after a few hours. The staff were very friendly and detail oriented. It is easy to set up an appointment and staff showed up on time. read more

Such a great service! Jaroslava and her team are super stars at cleaning. I cannot believe the thorough job they did. The house looks brand new!! Cannot recommend them enough. Five stars all around. Timely, responsive, and thorough! read more

I needed a sanitizing, disinfectant cleaning service for one of my properties that needed to be rented out soon. I requested a few quotes from quite a few house cleaning services company and OC European Cleaning Service was the only one that responded right away and with very reasonable pricing. Jarka called me to clarify what I needed done. She was friendly, understanding, and very pleasant to speak with. A few other companies reached out to me but there were too many fine prints and none of them were as friendly as Jarka so I decided to schedule the cleaning with her. I had mentioned to Jarka that I needed a receipt bill that specified the type of cleaning that was done due to COVID-19. She was understanding and was able to provide that to me without issues. The day prior to the scheduled appointment, Jarka followed up with a text confirming our appointment. The cleaning guy (I didn't get his name) showed up on time. Everything was done in 3 hours, just as promised. No surpises and was happy with the results. I'll definitely use OC European for future cleaning services. Thank you! read more

Annual Cleanup: Below Budget, Above Expectations We went with OC European Cleaning for our annual 'deep clean.' Simply not enough time in the day to keep up with everything. Even when working at home. And we use our kitchen so much - every meal, ever day. Rare that we actually go out (unless for business). So we went out on a search and discovered OC European Cleaning. Jaroslava contacted me right away with a great quote for services. So +1 for responsiveness and +1 for an impressive quote. Jaroslava herself is so busy, but she took the time to patiently explain her process, another +1. Then her team showed up on time (actually, a tad early), and went through the house like a fabulous cleaning tornado. We had our couches and dining chairs steam cleaned, deep cleaned our kitchen and common areas. +1 for professionalism. NET result... we were so very impressed. The quality of work surpassed high above our expectations. +1 for knocking us over. Highly recommended! read more

I'm going five because they responded immediately and had quick availability - but also did the work we needed to completion, not just on when an estimate ended. To that note, I would also add the pre-estimate walk through I requested was handled in a thorough manor. I got an actual estimate where Jaroslava pointed out where things would.take more time to get what I wanted, etc, and explained why. That's the advice or consult I needed! Other walk-thrus were " yeah we can do it for standard estimate, we'll just focus more on kitchen" or whatever. What you want is a personable company that gives you an honest estimate and delivers. This is that company. I may be wrong, but I believe it to be a local small business. Nothing makes me happier than to support a local business. Will call on their services again. read more

On time, professional and fast. Great service. I had to reschedule last min because the water and electricity was turned off and they accommodated no problem. Even came back the second time with extra help read more

Sadly, I rented a house that was left by the owner dirty, dusty and in need of a good cleaning. Now, I can move into my 4 bedroom house with peace of mind because OC European took the cleaning off my shoulders. Special thanks to my team! Blanka, my cleaning lady, Sebastian and Mark for carpet, tile and windows. They really did a great job. Also thank you to Jarka who did a personal visit and scheduled my cleaning request no problem. I did contact a lot of cleaning services but OC European was the only one with a reasonable price and they certainly delivered. Thank you! read more

Contacted a few cleaning services on Yelp and OC European Cleaning was responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. Scheduled an in-person estimate at the property, and after receiving estimates from other companies I decided to go with OC European. They did an excellent job cleaning every nook and cranny of my property, to get it move-in ready. You can tell they did a good job too, because the cleaner looked dead tired (and said so) after 5 hours of cleaning. Prices are reasonable too. I will call them the next time I need house cleaning services. read more

They did a good job cleaning our place after 6+ years of living there. I would hire their services again.

This is a highly unreliable and unprofessional cleaning service. I used their move out cleaning service. We scheduled on a day after the movers emptied our apartment so that it would be easier to clean. I was told it'd take 5-6 hours to clean the 2BR 2BTH apartment. It made sense because our regular cleaners used to take 2 hours to clean the apartment. Move out cleaning is more work and should take longer. One person came to clean the apartment. He was so inefficient that he took more than two hours just to clean one bathroom. Worse part is I could still see water spots on the mirror and the faucets after he claimed he was done. He left after working for more than six hours and left the kitchen and part of the living room dirty. After he left, I had to clean the kitchen. However, I did not have enough time to clean the full apartment as I was leaving the next day. The apartment office charged me for professional move out cleaning after I left the apartment. I find it inexplicable that they have such high rating on Yelp and yet they did such a poor, unprofessional job. Perhaps the ratings were mostly pre-pandemic and the things went really downhill after the pandemic. I did not want to leave a bad review but I thought my experience might help others to make an informed decision. read more

Had the pleasure of working with this company to clean my home. I am moving out and requested a deep clean and they knocked it out the park! Easy to schedule and great cleaning job. A bit more expensive than other vendors, but would hire them again.

I have used multiple services in the past, but Jarka and the crews are hands down the best. I started using their services for my place and they always did an excellent job, but when I started an Airbnb business was when they took it to the next level. They have been amazing to work with and they always do an excellent job. All of my guests provide me with feedback that my unit is always very clean. I can't thank OC European Cleaning enough!!! read more

Omg this place is amazing!!! I contacted them through yelp. They answered me right away with an appropriate quote. I believe $90 bucks? When the day came, he was only 5 minutes of so late? Forgot. He kept apologizing. It's okay! It's only a few minutes! He cleaned our bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Everything from top to bottom. It was soooo spotless and I was so happy! There was a specific stain in the bathroom and no matter how hard I scrubbed I could never get it oit!!!! My cleaner.. had magic hands and got it out..!! Thank you so much sir!! After he was done, he kept on insisting a discount for being late! We said it's fine no worries.. and our total ended up being only 60.. because it was less time then he thought to clean it? Like whoa what??? All this for $60?! How can you beat this!!!! Call now guys.. before I book him for the rest of my life and you have to wait...!! read more

We used OC European Cleaning today for the first time and they were wonderful & did a great job. I can highly recommend this company they will be coming to clean once a month from now on.
