She then offered to have her husband come the next day to clean the windows for $100, even though I had originally been quoted $30. Lastly, the cleaning itself was only okay. There were still a few missed spots throughout the house. My advice would be to be cautious of very low initial quotes, because the final price may end up much higher than expected.

Today, Esperanza arrived alone at around 9:55 AM and said it would be $150 for 3 hours. Though we expected 2 cleaners for 1.5 hours, we agreed. Esperanza told us later after 2 hours of cleaning, that the kitchen and living room would take 2 hours instead of 1, so our total would change to $200. This was a little unexpected but we agreed to this too. However, she finished after a total of 3 hours of cleaning, she didn't need the additional 4th hour. But when we were about to pay, she charged us $200. We ended up paying $180 but she did maybe an extra 5 minutes at most, not a full hour, for the extra $30 we paid. Esperanza was nice and she cleaned our place well. We just weren't very satisfied with how what we agreed on, and expected, kept changing. Also, I'm not very sure if they take out the trash or not. When I asked, Esperanza agreed, but she looked a little surprised, so I guess this is one extra thing I was left wondering about.

I have had a biweekly cleaning scheduled consistently for the past 6 months. Haven't asked for much change and always get my two cleanings a month - same day, same time. I asked for an EXTRA cleaning this month, so I wanted them to come MORE. The way they entered into their scheduling system deleted my current scheduled time. So to my surprise after I woke up early and spent an hour prepping them to show up at 8 AM, no one came. I called and asked what was going on and I had to follow up twice. They said I wasn't on the schedule until the 29th! I told them I needed it done today and they could not find a way to make that happen for me after I have probably spent close to $10k with the over the past couple years. I have 3 small children so it's not the most convenient to have services like this canceled and then rescheduled. Plus I stripped all my beds and picked up everything for them so they could do a deep clean, all for nothing. Instead of offering any resolution other than "we are sorry, we don't know why this happened", I was pretty disappointed to say the least. Needless to say I will be providing my business elsewhere.

And then had 45 minutes to vacuum and mop my floors. And she still didn't finish that. The largest and most used room was untouched. She had time left but she wanted to go at her slow pace. It was odd because she didn't seem to have what she needed to wipe the floor. And she didn't use a vacuum to pick up the dirt and trash. She didn't move any chairs around to get under things or under any rugs. There was no heavy lifting that would have taken this long. In my opinion she had enough time to do what was asked of her. It shouldn't take 2 hours to clean the floor and do 2 bathrooms. I can do all that within an hour. I think bc it's an hourly service vs. a project service they take advantage. My regular maid cab deep clean my house by herself in 4 hours! I can do all of that in much shorter time. I use a vacuum and my mop kit. I want ti like them. And use them again. And wish I can give them a better rating but I can't. Also, they sent the same maid from the first time. So I don't know what it's like with different ones.

Then Mayra comes in and works WONDERS!!!! She was very flexible on what needed cleaning and just so nice. I highly recommend!!!

Avoid this cleaning company! I got scammed by them…read more I'm not the type to leave review regardless of the service's quality but I'm so upset that I have to leave one right now. When I ask for price estimate for a post construction cleaning on 04/24, they texted me saying $70hr for 2 CLEANERS (keeping screenshots). It is in my price range so I booked them for 4 hours. The cleaners Anna and Aida are very nice but everything was not finish since there are a lot that still need to be clean so I book them again today 04/25. This time they are charging me $70 an hour for 1 CLEANER only without telling me. I paid $280 for 2 cleaners for 4 hours on 04/24 and $347 (they give me a $38 discount when I call them) for ONE CLEANER for 5.5 hours on 04/25 when it shouldn't cost that much for 1 cleaner. I asked and they said the price is for the house, not cleaners. OK, so I asked if they can send 3 people on 04/26 to finish the job and obviously the answer is no.

It was exactly what I didn't realize I needed. Communicating with Sean was super easy. He's friendly, responsive, and made everything straightforward from the start. Noemi came out for the cleaning and she is a rockstar. She arrived on time with all her own supplies (vacuum and all) and got right to work. The difference is noticeable the second you walk in. Everything feels fresh, clean, and put back together. I feel lighter just being in my space now. I'm really happy with the results and would absolutely recommend them.
