My wife (a former townie) was enamored, and we returned twice more during our trip (though they were closed on Sunday morning), to the detriment of Caribou and Starbucks. Lattes were very nice -- though we requested extra hot on our second visit -- and served in an appropriately sized china cup when requested. Our breakfast selections were consistently yummy, unique and filling (though a bit pricey). On the other hand, the two baked goods I tried were dry and not very good at all, which cost them a half-star. The interior was pleasant, not overly crowded nor too loud. We spent almost an hour each morning visit to chat, catch up on the news, and play our games. I'm taking off another half-star given the demeanor of the wait staff...certainly not surly or impolite, but just did not appear to be that interested in working there.
