Super One is one of those must have places. Super One often has great prices on produce, meat, and dairy. The wife and I love making salads and have growing kids who live off of cereal and milk, so those deals on milk our always good haha the service from the people who work here are great, they smile, they get to know you, and soon you can call them out by name when you see them. I believe my only complaint about this store like many others, they are forcing people to go to self check out because 1. They are too short handed, or 2. They are eliminating check out by their own staff, which in my opinion is wrong. The industries that are eliminating jobs from people so that people will check themselves may be the way of the future, but I enjoy the interaction between the staff and customers. It makes me come back to shop there. Other then that, Super One is a good place to shop, it's nice to know where most things are from being a frequent shopper, but if I didn't I know I can rely on the staff to help me find anything in the store. For a small town grocery store, Zup's Food Market is pretty impressive. They offer house smoked…read moremeats, sausages and jerky and you will not find that at your typical grocer. While I shopped, I felt like I was shopping at a Aldi's or Trader Joe's. Saying that, I mean I saw brands I typically do not see in my grocer back home. Being from the mid-west, some of these brands here were totally different. However, I will say, those that we bought to cook at my cousins cabin were good quality. One thing that really impressed me was, the Amish unsalted butter in a roll. There's just something about the freshness and homemade flavor, that makes it stand out. Being a small town grocery, everyone knew each other, so the service had that down home feel.
