Super One is one of those must have places. Super One often has great prices on produce, meat, and dairy. The wife and I love making salads and have growing kids who live off of cereal and milk, so those deals on milk our always good haha the service from the people who work here are great, they smile, they get to know you, and soon you can call them out by name when you see them. I believe my only complaint about this store like many others, they are forcing people to go to self check out because 1. They are too short handed, or 2. They are eliminating check out by their own staff, which in my opinion is wrong. The industries that are eliminating jobs from people so that people will check themselves may be the way of the future, but I enjoy the interaction between the staff and customers. It makes me come back to shop there. Other then that, Super One is a good place to shop, it's nice to know where most things are from being a frequent shopper, but if I didn't I know I can rely on the staff to help me find anything in the store. The one thing I wish that Walmart would carry is a type of formula from the UK. I have to travel to another store to get this item, but that's ok. The other thing I will mention quick about Walmart is that the employees up in the front seem to do alot of standing around. The last time I was there I spotted 5 in the self chekout area doing absolutely nothing. Wouldn't it be great if they could open cashier checkout line especially when all of the self check lines are full? Walmart does not make keys anymore - instead allows a self service machine to make them - that they claim to have no understanding of. This machine malfunctioned and took my money and made me no keys. Staff were empathetic and tried to help (I feel for them they are so understaffed). I was hoping for actual help from the "coach" - or AT A MINIMUM to place an "out of order" sign so no more customers would be robbed. Refused to do so and agreed with me that he "did not care" if other customers were robbed. I said I was not shopping there again - he said in a snarly tone "I am sure we will see you here again". NOPE. Since you have an Aldies in your parkinglot, Loew, other grocery stores and drug stores close by, and with Consumer Reports stating there are at least 6 grocer stores with lower prices than Walmart - perhaps this is not the time to treat customers like excrement.
