BEWARE: Misrepresentation & Dishonest Sales Tactics…read more I purchased a 2019 Corvette Stingray sight-unseen from Wicked Nice Caaaz based on their BBB accreditation, but the experience was a disaster. I was provided a "clean" pre-sale inspection report (arranged and paid for by the dealer) that conveniently missed several deep "keyed" marks on the driver's door and hood--vandalism that cuts straight through the primer. So deep that they have to be repaired before even a wrap applied to cover them. Key points for potential buyers: The Deception: Wicked Nice Caaaz failed to disclose the damage. However, the transport driver confirmed he pointed it out at pickup, meaning the dealership knew the damage existed and chose not to tell me. The Evidence: I have time-stamped photos from the transport company showing the keyed marks while the car was still on the dealer's lot (confirmed by the dealership reflection in the door glass). Ownership Response: When confronted, the owner (Michael Simmons) refused to take responsibility, calling deep key marks "normal wear and tear." He tried to shift blame to the inspection company, saying I should be contacting the pre-inspection company that ironically he hired to seek any reimbursement. Owner eventually hung up on me when I asked for his refusal in writing. This dealership lacks integrity. They hide behind "as-is" contracts to mask blatant non-disclosure of vandalism. I am only asking for the $479 it costs to fix the door, yet they would rather lose their reputation over a few hundred dollars than do the right thing. Avoid this dealer if you value honesty and transparency.

It's not the flashiest car dealership on the inside, but they definitely have some "wicked nice"…read moregems with low mileage on the lot. Got good vibes from the guy who spoke with us, and he was happy to show us around and answer our questions. Even steered us away from one of the older vehicles that caught our eye, saying he couldn't in good conscience sell it to us (at least not without a warranty), which was refreshing to say the least--like what? an honest car salesman? hard to find these days. I'm not in a big rush to replace my CRV so didn't end up buying today. (They had tons of cool sportier cars, just not a whole lot in the "soccer mom" department). That said, the guy (Rob?) said he'd give us a ring if/when they got the kind of car we were looking for, which is pretty cool of him to do I think. Anyways, 10/10 recommend--def plan to go back at some point.

If you use Nissan of Cape Coral, pay by cash or check at the office, so expect to be there awhile. Also, it is difficult to get through to people when you have questions or need help before and during service time; they text you when they get around to you. Expect to have to do things at least one day in advance. You are better off going down to Ft. Myers Nissan on 41.

I normally do not leave reviews like this, but after this experience I feel like I should share it…read moreso other customers understand exactly how my situation was handled. I originally contacted Nissan of Cape Coral because I was interested in trading in my 2019 Ram 1500 Classic Big Horn. Before even stepping foot into the dealership, I was extremely transparent about my situation. I explained that: * I had significant negative equity in my current truck, * my credit was not great, * I had limited income documentation on my side, * and I did not want to waste anyone's time unless there was a realistic possibility of working something out. I specifically told them that if the payment ended up far beyond my budget, I would not move forward. I also explained that I did not want to downgrade from my current truck unless the deal truly made sense financially and practically. Despite all of this, I was heavily encouraged to come into the dealership anyway. I was repeatedly told they had a strong finance team and that they believed they could make something work. The original truck I was interested in was a Ram 2500 around the $33k range. After arriving, the conversation then shifted toward a Nissan truck around the $36k range, which at least still somewhat aligned with what I was looking for. Then the situation completely changed. Instead of continuing to focus on the trucks we originally discussed, the dealership suddenly tried structuring a deal involving BOTH my vehicle and my fiancée's Honda Accord -- a vehicle we specifically were NOT interested in trading in -- in order to put us into a nearly $90,000 Nissan Armada. This made absolutely no sense to us. We went from discussing work trucks to suddenly being shown a luxury SUV that: * cost dramatically more, * had worse fuel economy than my current truck, * and did not even fit the original purpose we came in for. On top of that, the estimated payment was around $1,300+ per month with money down, despite me already explaining my concerns about affordability from the very beginning. After leaving confused and frustrated, I later called the dealership simply trying to understand why the process shifted so drastically from the original trucks we came in to discuss. During that phone call, I spoke with Anthony, who was extremely rude and hostile almost immediately. I was not yelling or acting aggressively at first -- I was simply trying to explain my concerns and understand the logic behind the direction the deal had taken. That interaction completely changed the tone of the entire experience. Afterward, I still attempted to handle the situation professionally. I communicated through email with Olivia from the dealership, who remained polite throughout the process. I explained multiple times that all I wanted was transparency: * What was my truck actually valued at? * Were banks denying the structure? * Was the negative equity too high? * Was the deal realistic or not? For days I was repeatedly told: "We are working on the numbers." "We are reviewing your file." "We will update you shortly." However, despite already having my truck appraised in person and despite previously presenting numbers on another vehicle, I was NEVER actually provided: * a real trade-in value, * a realistic financing breakdown, * or a direct explanation of whether the banks would or would not approve the deal. Then, after all of this back and forth, the original Ram 2500 I wanted was sold. What frustrated me most was not even the fact that the deal may not have worked. I fully understood from day one that my situation was difficult. What frustrated me was the lack of transparency and communication after being strongly encouraged to come in despite me already explaining my financial concerns beforehand. At the very least, I believe I should have been informed of: * what the dealership valued my trade at, * whether lenders were declining the structure, * and whether pursuing the deal further was even realistic. Instead, I was left waiting while the vehicle sold without any real answers. Again, Olivia herself remained polite in communication, but overall this experience left me feeling like once the dealership realized the situation was not an easy or highly profitable deal, communication and transparency significantly declined. I'm sharing this review simply so future customers understand my experience and can make informed decisions when entering negotiations here.

I asked her repeatedly are you sure you are up to date on everything, answer was yes. We went to car lot first thing in morning, Greg said is was for no insurance. Well that's not the case. You think he would release the car, no. So we have contacted attorney general to make complaint. And they are taking it serious. What he did was theft, he stole the car not doing his homework. He's having a hard time admitting they were wrong. But it will all be proven. If you run into situation like this start with attorney general. He is one shady character. Both cars that were repoed the stuff was robbed out of her car. Karma came back to bite him in the ass this time. Hope I'm there to see him get arrested cause what he did is an arrestable offense. He only gets one star cause I have to. Some men need to put their pride in the box and admit they're wrong and he was wrong, sorry he doesn't talk to his secretary on a daily basis. Joke he told her she could have her car back with $4,100 ,450 repo, we had to pay 100 to get her stuff out. It's only getting better and better for attorney general. Stay away from there you'll only be sorry
