If you use Nissan of Cape Coral, pay by cash or check at the office, so expect to be there awhile. Also, it is difficult to get through to people when you have questions or need help before and during service time; they text you when they get around to you. Expect to have to do things at least one day in advance. You are better off going down to Ft. Myers Nissan on 41.

This has been, by far, the worst car buying experience I have ever had…read more It started out pretty well, Aaron took the time to show us some used cars and then we proceeded inside to take a look at a new Pathfinder. My wife and I liked the vehicle. She took it for a drive around the parking lot to make sure she was comfortable in the vehicle. She is very short and sits close to the steering wheel. There was not a window sticker in or on the SUV, so I asked Aaron how much it was. he told us the price, which was higher than we wanted to spend, but we decided to move forward. The horror begins - Maybe partially my fault because I was pressed for time and did not pay close attention to the deception to follow. There were "Hidden Add Ons" that brought the actual price of this vehicle to $8000.00 above the actual internet price shown. I also did not receive any breakdown on pricing. I found this out too late and am now stuck in a very overpriced contract with this terrible dealership. I say hidden, due to the fact that there was no window sticker on this vehicle that showed the "Extras" and their related pricing. This is actually a federal offence... I was also pressured into their extended warranty and tire replacement warranty. I tried to cancel these today and was told that it wouldn't reduce my payment, "but it is refunded off of the total price of the vehicle." What!? The loan term is 60 months at 0% interest. It will either have to lower my payment or shorten the term of the loan. Either way, I need new documentation showing the new values. I have not received this paperwork. The entire experience has left me with bitter feelings towards this dealership and reminds me of the old adage about used car salesmen. My advice if you must shop here: Pay close attention to everything. Don't make any decisions if you are pressed for time. They will screw you if you don't catch it before signing.

It's not the flashiest car dealership on the inside, but they definitely have some "wicked nice"…read moregems with low mileage on the lot. Got good vibes from the guy who spoke with us, and he was happy to show us around and answer our questions. Even steered us away from one of the older vehicles that caught our eye, saying he couldn't in good conscience sell it to us (at least not without a warranty), which was refreshing to say the least--like what? an honest car salesman? hard to find these days. I'm not in a big rush to replace my CRV so didn't end up buying today. (They had tons of cool sportier cars, just not a whole lot in the "soccer mom" department). That said, the guy (Rob?) said he'd give us a ring if/when they got the kind of car we were looking for, which is pretty cool of him to do I think. Anyways, 10/10 recommend--def plan to go back at some point.

BEWARE: Misrepresentation & Dishonest Sales Tactics…read more I purchased a 2019 Corvette Stingray sight-unseen from Wicked Nice Caaaz based on their BBB accreditation, but the experience was a disaster. I was provided a "clean" pre-sale inspection report (arranged and paid for by the dealer) that conveniently missed several deep "keyed" marks on the driver's door and hood--vandalism that cuts straight through the primer. So deep that they have to be repaired before even a wrap applied to cover them. Key points for potential buyers: The Deception: Wicked Nice Caaaz failed to disclose the damage. However, the transport driver confirmed he pointed it out at pickup, meaning the dealership knew the damage existed and chose not to tell me. The Evidence: I have time-stamped photos from the transport company showing the keyed marks while the car was still on the dealer's lot (confirmed by the dealership reflection in the door glass). Ownership Response: When confronted, the owner (Michael Simmons) refused to take responsibility, calling deep key marks "normal wear and tear." He tried to shift blame to the inspection company, saying I should be contacting the pre-inspection company that ironically he hired to seek any reimbursement. Owner eventually hung up on me when I asked for his refusal in writing. This dealership lacks integrity. They hide behind "as-is" contracts to mask blatant non-disclosure of vandalism. I am only asking for the $479 it costs to fix the door, yet they would rather lose their reputation over a few hundred dollars than do the right thing. Avoid this dealer if you value honesty and transparency.

Not sure I can say enough good things about our experience with AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers. My…read morewife and I had been looking for a used Toyota when we stopped in and met perhaps the best car salesman I have ever know. Blair was friendly and helpful through the whole process. Most importantly he was patient and not pushy. He helped us find the right vehicle at the right price. What really amazed us is that we were able to drive off in a new Highlander for less than we had budgeted for a used one. He and the entire team worked tirelessly for us that day, and trust me we really put them through the paces (sorry, not sorry about that Blair). I have to say that when the time comes for another vehicle, first it will be a Toyota without a doubt, and second I won't waste time with other dealerships. AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers has won my trust. When you go ask for Blair, and I hope you have as great an experience as we did.

WARNING: Deceptive Practices at AutoNation. should be Zero!…read more My experience here was a textbook example of why buyers need to be cautious. After test-driving a truck, we ran a diagnostic ODBC scan that revealed multiple engine misfires. When the manager Andrew Lesseur, took the vehicle back, he claimed his "odb code machine" showed nothing. However, when we re-scanned it ourselves, the codes had miraculously vanished. I called him out on clearly resetting the computer to hide the engine issues, and his reaction was unprofessional and very defensive. Got caught (POS) ! Hiding mechanical failures is dangerous and deceitful. I'm glad this wasn't my "first rodeo," or I might have been stuck with a lemon. Avoid this location. I appreciate the salesman was very helpful Mr. Fernandez. Wish you the best.
