I love this Venetian location! I've had the pleasure of getting my nails done by several of the nail techs here, and I've had great experiences with all of them. I should mention that I always get gel polish on both my hands and feet, so I can't speak to acrylics or other services. My favorite is Eva. She's fast and does beautiful work. Connie is also amazing, and I recently had Ivy do my nails, and she's fantastic as well. For me, what makes a nail tech great is how my nails look as they grow out. Does the base of the polish grow out in a nice, even semi-circle? If so, that's a win in my book. Second, does the polish chip? If not, I'm happy! With these techs, I can often go three weeks with no chipping. Sure, my nails look grown out by then, but thanks to how evenly the polish was applied, they still look... polished! (See what I did there? ) My husband recently got into having his nails buffed and shined with a manicure and pedicure, and he really liked Lynne. So there are quite a few techs here that I highly recommend. My advice is to always call and make an appointment, even if it's for the same day. You'll be seen on time. Also, arrive a little early because they have so many polish colors to choose from that you'll want time to browse. Free parking is available, and there are lots of great places nearby to shop and grab a bite to eat. 2025 Update - It is best to call and make an appointment ahead of time if possible. Usually the wait for a walk-in is minimal (10-15 minutes) as there is a lot of nail technicians working and many stations. They have steadily built up a much larger collection of both polish brands and colors. The cleanliness at this salon has gone down. The pedicure and manicure stations are in need of a deep clean, there is a lot of nail dust everywhere and dried globs of polish/glue. Often times nail tools are not taken out of sterile packs but just used out of shower caddy's or filing kits without having been soaked in solution or Barbicide. The cost of a gel manicure is still $36 and a regular pedicure is $40. read more

Unfortunately, I left here with my fingers, cut up my nails, not the length or the shape I asked for. She filed my natural nails so thin. The toenails were so thinly filed that they cracked at the tips and broke off. I have never had such a thing happen in my life and I've been getting my nails done for years. I had a bad experience, sat down and started at 1:40ish , and paint my toe at 2:00ish , and dry till 2:3x still not dry , I get toe nails regularly, i know how it works , I went back to the cashier complaint the nail never dry and she said they dry ,the women painted my toe nails way too thick and not smooth which is cause never dry and she blamed on me because I don't get gel toe nails , if so why does your salon ONLY offer do gel , if regular polish is a problem! I went to this salon to have my nails done and left extremely disappointed. The nail technician clearly did not know what he was doing. He cut all of my nails different lengths, and what should have been a simple gel pedicure took over three hours because he worked so slowly. To make matters worse, when I called to express my concerns, the heavyset gentleman at the front desk was rude, yelled at me, and then hung up the phone. My service and experience was less than satisfactory. I actually give, zero stars! Ive been going to Venetian for many years! Its my happy place! I go twice a month every month. I always enhance my service, the tech offered to up it to the pearl pedicure in addition to what I already enhance and stated that I would be receiving more massage. This was a lie! He applied products and removed them and had me finished with a gel pedicure in 45. This location is known to always upgrade you and I am normally happy and have received the pearl before and it was never done in 45 minutes. He also did not paint my entire nail as I'm leaving, it looks as though I had my pedicure done last week. Not good! We then went to begin my gel manicure as he went to stick my fingers in a tiny metal condiment cup full of acetone, I resisted, he then pressed my fingers down. I asked if it was acetone and he said yes, when I said I didmy want that. He began harshly, removing with the drill.. Unacceptable! This location might as well be called "Venetian Express" it is strictly about the dollar and getting you in and out!! my service was a Monday midday. It was not busy. There is no excuse! I reviewed Venetian nails in Florida after a disastrous experience and I'd like to know why it is not posted anywhere. I believe it was taken down by Venetian nails . It is a beautiful salon and they even offer you beverages, which is very nice. However, some of the technicians are rude and the heavyset manager is the rudest person I have ever met. I have been going there for over 10 years. I have always kept my distance from him. I was not able to distance myself last time . I was given a technician and she was not happy that I wasn't getting a regular manicure and pedicure. She probably thought I would tip her less because it was a polish change, but she was wrong in the middle of working on me she kept walking over to the manager and complaining. She was speaking in another language and noticeably angry. Then she walked away and a very nice technician came along. his work was very poor. I have pictures of the way it looked so I can prove it. The manager came over and told me I had to leave. I showed him the way my toes were done and he said I had to leave again. 4 stars because usually I have a great experience here, but my most recent visit left me with terrible nails. It all depends on who you get. Sometimes the tech does not know what they are doing and it shows. They really shouldn't be letting people do manicures if they don't know how to do it properly. The inconsistency is frustrating because 9/10 times it's fine. But then when you get a bad tech, it's really bad. There's one guy with a huge wart on his thumb, which is disgusting. I haven't had him in a while thankfully. And this last manicure I got, I had 4 bleeding cuticles and the dip polish is lumpy, splotchy, and just terrible. I didn't realize how bad it was until I got home and my cuticles were burning and i had a good look at the polish. I'm only posting so the salon can be aware and make sure everyone is trained on proper technique. I tried emailing them but no reply. Consistency is key to returning clients. On the other hand, usually I have beautiful nails and I enjoy my time here because the salon is nice. Usually very little wait time and everyone is friendly. I just read a bad review from somebody named Cecily and wanted to respond, even though I do not know her. I happen to go to Venetian and find that my nails last a minimum of three weeks! I use Cindy and I have never gotten an infection and very rarely have I gotten a broken nail and when I have it was responded to in a very positive way and I was not charged. Cindy gets me in and out in a timely fashion because I am a very busy person, and I appreciate not having to sit here for hours if somebody has a bad experience instead of being mean spirited and bashing the salon they should try speaking to the operator to get a resolution. read more

I just got my nails done and they are horrible. I asked for almond shape and the shape is not almond and each nail is different. I asked the nail tech to fix the shape multiple times and she didn't so I honestly think she wasn't skilled enough to even shape a nail. Left the nail salon with globs on polish stuck on my fingers. At the end of the service, this nail tech proceeds to persistently ask me for a cash tip and I said no it's going on my card and then hovered over my shoulder watching me put a tip in. I've been to this salon several times because of its convenient location, but unfortunately, I've consistently had issues with nail fungus after each visit--on both my hands and feet. It took me a while to trace the cause, but after careful observation, I'm confident it's coming from this establishment. On two separate occasions, I had fully regrown healthy nails after previous infections, taking months to do so without using any nail polish. Each time, after finally healing, I returned for a manicure and pedicure--and shortly after, the fungus came back. Most recently, my entire big toenail nearly detached, which was not only painful but incredibly upsetting. The photo I've included shows the condition of my big toe three months into the regrowth process. It still looks terrible but I have been treated it and cutting away the parts that separated from the nail bed. And my hands are the same! Despite how close this salon is to my home, I can no longer continue going there knowing this pattern keeps repeating. Shortly after, my acrylic nail broke during normal daily activity (picking up laundry), which caused my natural nail to split, bleed, and later become infected. This has never happened to me before. This isn't an isolated issue. In previous visits, at least one nail has always broken shortly after the appointment, requiring me to come back and waste additional time. If you want to spend two hours getting your nails done only to have them break and need repairs, this is the place for you. When I contacted the salon to discuss a refund, the manager was rude and unwilling to take accountability. I also encourage others to read through the existing reviews there are multiple mentions of infections and similar health concerns, which is alarming. Please avoid rushed services. He put the standard gel x on without asking me if I liked the length and started applying the gel. Then left my nails full of glue and crunchy underneath. The coats of polish weren't even. I followed a nail technician from another salon who is exceptional. I am a regular customer, spending $175 every 2-3 weeks. When she went back to China for a few months she gave me to a technician who can't do nail art. I approached the salon owner who was rude and disrespectful, telling me I should have known about the nail art. He almost kicked me out of the salon!! I went to this place for the longest time. They were great but I started noticing dark circles under my nails and realized it was fungus. I've never in my life had this happen to me. I told them and they were very rude to me and didn't even reimburse me for the service I got or apply a discount. Just a heads up the experience can depend on who you get. Some therapists are amazing and go above and beyond, while others may not give the same level of care. I ended up getting a collagen pedicure (I felt like spoiling myself) but that is expensive $80. I had him shape my nails almond like (they were like that before) and do the matching colors for my hands and feet. They do have coffee, water or soda for you to drink complimentary. They had tried to expand and update and they had a fire so part of the place is closed off. I was happy with the service. I've been very happy with my last 3 appointments at Venetian! I've been getting dip manicures with extensions and every time the shape has been exactly what I asked for. They have a huge selection of colors to choose from as well. The spa is very relaxing. The pedicure chairs are so comfortable and I love how their tucked into little sections. The spa is also super clean! It's a tad pricey but honestly I've had such bad luck with the nail salons around here that I think the quality I've received thus far warrants the pricing. My nails last a true 3, sometimes 4 weeks vs other salons in the area where I was lucky to get to 2 weeks. So happy to have found my new nail spot read more

Why do I keep giving this place a chance?! I stopped coming months ago because when I got dip all my nails would have cracks in them after just 2 DAYS! Went again today and I seriously cannot believe I paid $70 for a pedicure only to come home and see that my toenails are all cut jagged and I still have dead skin all over my toes and heals! I doesn't even look like I got a pedicure! As for my nails, I work a lot with my hands and I wanted a removal and new acrylic full set because they were looking quite rough (haven't gotten a new set in about 3 months) to which my nail tech REPEATEDLY did not listen and insisted I just get a fill. After practically BEGGING him for a new set he finally obliged. I don't get it! I'm the customer and I should get what I ask for no questions asked and not having to explain myself. I have a couple healing cuts on my fingers so I asked everything he use on me be NEW and not used by anyone else. And he goes ahead and used an old and used file bit and buffer on my nails! AND here's the kicker - I showed him the cut on my thumb and said to watch out for it....HE PRESSES AND SCRAPES AT THE CUT WITH HIS BARE FINGERNAIL. The horror. He cut my nails so short and the way he laid the acrylic makes my nail beds look so fat and chubby and he buffed the cuticle on my left thumb so far down that now it's red and inflamed. $135 and 2 1/2 hours later...never going back. read more

I made the mistake of not asking who did my French manicure the first time I went here. She was so talented the lines were so sharp and so beautiful. For my boyfriend to complement my manicure because he noticed the difference in the quality was a huge deal! I really need to find out her name. I go to the Venetian in Boca probably once every two weeks to a month. I decided to go to this location today. The man doing my nails was polite but extremely under skilled. I asked for almond shaped tips with chrome. The shape was all over the place and every single nail was bumpy and had misshapen dents. I politely asked for the manager who is this large man named tim -Timmy. He came over and acknowledged the crappy job but said I'd have to pay for it or have it removed entirely. At this point I've now wasted approximately 2hrs. Not only that but the manager is getting increasingly irritated that I don't want to pay so he demands the nail tech to just remove it. So I wasted my time for no nail job. The manager has 0 customer service skills and does not know how to properly diffuse a difficult situation. Very rude and unprofessional. Do not come to this place. I will be reporting Tim to corporate. The guy doing my nails was nice but needs additional training. I don't complain but this was a disappointing experience read more

I am shocked at how horrendous my manicure was. B.A.O was so rough. The power tool used hurt my cuticles so bad and his own fingernail kept digging into the side of my finger as he was filing. I find it impossibly hard to believe that he was unaware that he was causing me pain with that amount of pressure. I won't say why I felt it was deliberate. I'm not an expert at manicures. The appt. was made for me. But it was so obvious how bad the dip manicure or whatever it's called was. I won't bother trying to describe it. Just look at the pictures of what my nails looked like once I got home and the oil that masked the hot mess had worn off. What an awful experience and waste of money. Pedicure? They called to move my Appt to a later time, right into Rush Hour traffic where I found myself stuck by trader Joe's and unable to move with all the cars leaving parking spots by drivers who don't look or can't see (always be super careful around this area) and patiently waited for this mass of movement to stop before proceeding yet NO PARKING avail close to the salon... yet NO CALL from the Salon to ask if I were close by and NO WAY to get thru their phone line... The total charge was over 150.00 plus of course a tip Within 7 days the powder was chipping off my nails (which usually last 3 weeks minimum) So now I have to return to my old nail salon to get them redone.
