This is not a big store, a little disorganized, but very friendly. Soon as I walked in, Heather, the owner of the salon greeted me loud. And she keeps entertaining. They use sterilized tools that means they open the blue pack of tools in front of customers. Their prices are very reasonable. They do a good job. I even brought my husband cuz he has ingrown toe nails. And Tim did a great job on his ingrown toe nails and my husband became a repeated customer also. Highly recommended.

She has been there many times and yesterday was my first time, so I not only spent the same amount of money for nails that were not shaped, which is always an upcharge, but I also didn't get the 10% new client discount. I was not offered a beverage or anything. this was a very disappointing experience. I feel like the nail techs here just charge whatever the hell they want and when I tried to question it, he acted like he didn't hear me. My nails look nice enough, but after talking with my sister about what each of us paid, I feel very taken advantage of, and I will absolutely never be coming back.
